金沢は北陸新幹線の影響もあって以前は普通に当日予約出来た鮨店も今は1ヶ月先まで予約で埋まっているといこともザラで困り果てております。
そんな中、お席が空いていたあいじさん!
実に数年ぶりに訪問です。
前回は昼にお伺いして、今回は夜に初利用です。
場所は片町ど真ん中なので、人気店が点在傾向にある金沢鮨マーケットにおいても立地的にも分がありますね!
夜は

・お寿司コース¥6,000
ととってもリーズナブルです。
もちろん「おまかせコース」をお願いします。

蟹酢のジュレと絡めていだきます。
この香箱ガニは美味しいです。

・タラの白子
・烏賊
を造りのままでもしゃぶしゃぶでもお好みで頂きます。
全種どちらも美味しいですので、最後の一つをどちらで楽しむか迷います^^;
ガス海老はよく火入れをすると甘みが増しますね!
全体的に素材の良さを感じます。

酒粕と醤油のタレ焼きです。

鮪の素材自体は一級品ではないものの非常に美味しいです。

こちらも美味しかったです。

だし巻きタイプです。
甘海老の食感を残しています。

前半で頂いたしゃぶしゃぶのお出汁を頂けます。

やはり太平寿し出身のご主人のお店ではついつい蒸し寿司をお願いしてしまいます(笑)
お会計で計算するとこの追加は1貫¥500でしたので、必食だと思います。
鮨は珍しく供される際に垂直に置かれます。
今川酢を使ったシャリは「甘め&柔らかい」ので自分の好みとは真逆のタイプのものですが意外に口の中が心地よかったです。
4年半前にお昼に頂いた鮨そのものが時を経ても変わらずそこにありました。
ご主人の雰囲気も良く、肩肘張らず気軽にお鮨を楽しむ事が出来ます。
コスパも良いですし、ランチは予約激戦の様ですが、平日夜ならまだ予約が取りやすいと思いますので、片町泊まりの方などには特にオススメです。
