As you descend into the basement, guided by a small lantern at the entrance, you'll find a serene and elegant space. The interior features a simple yet stylish L-shaped counter made of white wood, showcasing Shinohara's attention to detail in the tableware, including pieces from Old Baccarat.
The menu offers only an "Omakase Course," and one day's course begins with "Shichihōmori," a beautiful arrangement of seven ingredients like abalone and sea urchin, likened to seven treasures.
