This is a kaiseki plan unique to our irori restaurant, where you can enjoy seasonal flavors from the Hokushin'etsu region grilled over binchotan charcoal. Indulge in our signature dish, "Iromi-yaki of Uonuma's Yamame (Mountain Trout)," and savor the "Shinshu Beef" from Nagano, also grilled over binchotan. Additionally, you can enjoy "seasonal fresh fish" delivered directly from various fishing ports along the Sea of Japan.
