The ravioli filled with clams and potato purée was absolutely outstanding—truly unforgettable. It easily ranks among Chef Takubo’s top three pastas of all time. I was even treated to eel, a rare and special addition to the menu! Despite my recent visit, the chef thoughtfully changed the course just for me, which I greatly appreciated. For dessert, there was peach—my absolute favorite! Every detail of this special double-main, carb-lover’s course was perfect right through to the very end.
