初めて日本料理、懐石なるものをいただきました
日本酒が好きとお伝えしていたので
都度いろいろな日本酒をお持ちしてくださいました
…！日本酒の知見が広がりました
料理は最初から最後までこだわりを感じました
繊細かつ味わい深い、こんな素人でも、美味しいとわかります
季節のものを活かして…という心意気が伝わります
この1〜2週間でめっきり寒くなった今、秋を感じるには最高のご飯でした…！
