Akita Beef Teppan-yaki Ginza Gomei

Akita Gyu Teppan-yaki Ginza Gomei is a restaurant where you can enjoy Teppan-yaki dishes made with Special Akita gyu (Akita beef) and other high quality ingredients.

The interior has a kominka (traditional Japanese house)-style design with a Japanese feel, and guests can fully enjoy their meal with top class hospitality. If privacy matters, using a Private room for an additional fee is recommended.

Akita-gyu (Akita beef), a Japanese Black Wagyu raised in Akita Prefecture, is known for its rich flavor and fat that melts smoothly in the mouth.

The cattle are raised in the great outdoors on a diet that includes a set amount of rice, and the restaurant serves only high-quality A4.A5 grade meat.

The dishes created by a chef who trained in Italy and Switzerland are said to be just right for a meal on a Special day.

The restaurant also offers a full seafood menu, and on this day the diner seems to have enjoyed Canadian lobster. With its stunning, upscale presentation, it looks very satisfying to eat.

The interior felt wonderfully luxurious, and the chef was there just for us the whole time! It had the kind of atmosphere that really made it feel like a special escape. We fully enjoyed Akita gyu (Akita beef), which was the main highlight. They also used many ingredients from Akita, so it felt like a full course of Akita flavors. The meat was cooked at a low temperature to keep the juices from running out, so it was very juicy when you bit into it.

咖喱なる投資家

Even compared with the Teppan-yaki at luxury hotels, the steak had remarkably high quality meat, and it was the best steak I had at a Teppan-yaki restaurant this year. It was of course tender, but it also had a distinctive savory flavor, and I fully enjoyed the deliciousness of Akita-gyu (Akita beef). The dishes aside from the main were also thoughtfully prepared and had originality.

Honten Yamashina

Honten Yamashina is a restaurant where you can enjoy carefully aged Omi gyu (Omi beef) raised over a long period, served in a Teppan-yaki style. It is located on the 11th floor of GINZA PLACE, within walking distance of Shimbashi Station.

The appeal is its Japanese modern space that makes you feel removed from the everyday, and it is said to be perfect for Special days. There are also counter seats with a panoramic view of the Ginza night skyline.

The "Omi beef" from Okazaki Bokujo in Shiga Prefecture, raised over a long period of 40〜50 months, is said to have an especially rich aroma and deep flavor.

You can enjoy it cooked to the best doneness based on the condition of the meat and the cut that day. They also offer courses made with Special Wagyu from around Japan.

One of the recommended menu items at the restaurant, the “Yamashina Wagyu Chateaubriand Katsu Sandwich,” is a signature dish that you can order a la carte.

The Chateaubriand is said to be tender despite its thick cut, with its flavor packed in. Some reviews even said it was unbelievably delicious.

みなのグルメ記録

I visited for a dinner on a special occasion, and I was satisfied with everything, from the view and food to the service. When people think of Yamashina, they may picture Yakiniku, but the quality of the Teppan-yaki is also very high, and the Wagyu, seafood, and vegetables carefully cooked right in front of you were all excellent. The pace of the meal was good, and the course was very satisfying, letting us spend a Special night at a relaxed pace.

The thick cut Premium tongue is grilled until the outside turns nice and fragrant, while the inside stays surprisingly tender, filling your mouth with flavor with every bite. The Omi-gyu (Omi beef) Strip loin has elegant sweetness in its fat, and the finish never feels heavy, so it stays pleasant to the last bite.

The interior had a luxurious feel and was a space where I could truly relax. The Saga-gyu (Saga beef) I ordered had beautifully marbled meat that looked stunning, and it felt tender even to the touch. Once grilled, each bite had an almost melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the rich flavor spread across my palate. The sweetness of the fat and the savory taste of the meat were in perfect balance, making it an absolutely amazing experience.

ジャッキー社長

The Saga-gyu (Saga beef) steak is served piping hot in two rounds. It looks like a heavily marbled cut, but once grilled, the fat turns wonderfully sweet and the meat has a rich, full flavor, making it really delicious. The special steak soy sauce made by simmering meat into it is especially tasty! It goes perfectly with the rice and grilled vegetables! The Appetizers and dessert are both enjoyable, with great presentation and flavor.

The Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) Strip loin was perfectly cooked even with Omakase doneness. Paired with truffle soy sauce, transparent soy sauce, salt, and wasabi, it felt luxurious to enjoy completely different sides of the same meat! The garlic rice with the aroma of shiso (perilla) had chunky pieces of meat and was satisfying, yet it did not feel heavy, so I enjoyed it all the way to the end.

This restaurant serves a new style of cuisine that blends washoku (Japanese cuisine) and French food. The interior has a calm, grown-up feel, but it is also easy to drop in alone✨Not just the meat, but also the mahata (seven-band grouper) tempura and the simmered hamaguri (clam) with steamed egg were amazingly good✨For dessert, the flavor of the nutmeg spice was also just right❣️

Teppan-yaki while looking out at the night view of Ginza (high-end district in Tokyo)! The dining room is compact, but the high ceiling kept it from feeling cramped. I had the seasonal course, and it was fun to try a little bit of many different things! It also included 3 kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) from the kushikatsu place next door, and those were tasty too. Most of all, I loved that I could enjoy the meat with different sauces ♬

The chef grills the steaks with expert skill, and they serve them with only salt and hon-wasabi (real Japanese wasabi) so you can fully enjoy the meat’s natural flavor.

One of the Appetizers, "Sauteed Foie Gras with Truffle Aroma," is this restaurant's specialty and stands out for the many rave reviews it gets.

This dish features fresh foie gras grilled on the Teppan-yaki and served on bread, to be enjoyed with two kinds of sauce. People praise the buttery flavor and the perfect doneness.

The chef grills everything right in front of you, creating a lively experience that feels like food entertainment! A lineup of dishes made with Special ingredients such as Kobe beef, seasonal seafood, and foie gras brings out the most flavor through careful heat control...The Kobe beef steak in particular stands out for its tender texture and the rich sweetness of its fat!!

In a calm setting, I enjoyed dishes expertly finished one after another by a skilled chef on the Teppan-yaki right in front of me. The course started with seasonal Appetizers, followed by mains made with premium ingredients such as live ise-ebi (spiny lobster), Kobe beef, and Chateaubriand. The meat dishes in particular let me taste the natural flavor of the meat and its fine fat in every bite, and the carefully put together course all the way through dessert was highly satisfying!

Madoy Hibiya Ten

MADOy Hibiya Ten is a Teppan-yaki restaurant where you can enjoy A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) steak with every course. The restaurant is tucked away on a back street between Shimbashi Station and Yurakucho Station.

It is known as a place where you can casually enjoy high-end Teppan-yaki in a space with the feel of a hideaway for adults. It also has Private rooms with a Japanese-style design.

The top-grade A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) served here uses only the tender cuts suited for steak.

Along with classic Teppan-yaki steak cuts like Strip loin and filet, they also offer rare Chateaubriand and Aged meat. It seems you can enjoy each cut cooked to the ideal doneness for that specific part.

They also offer seafood Teppan-yaki dishes such as shrimp and crab, using simple cooking methods that bring out the natural taste of the ingredients.

The Domestic ise-ebi (spiny lobster) is grilled at high heat to bring out more umami, and even the rich tomalley tastes great. It seems to be finished to a level that rivals high-end ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurants).

Pompomous

The lighting was soft and there was plenty of space between the seats, making it a place where you can relax and enjoy the food. This time, I ordered a course meal, and it felt well balanced from start to finish, with every plate showing careful work and a polished finish. Each dish made with seasonal ingredients was delicious all the way to the end. The presentation was beautiful as well, and it clearly conveyed the charm of this refined Japanese restaurant.

For the main beef steak, you can choose from Top sirloin, Strip loin, filet, and Chateaubriand. Since there were three of us, we each had a different one. They cooked each steak just right, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and the flavor that is unique to Wagyu.

ピカイチロー

As the name suggests, this is a Teppan-yaki restaurant that uses Matsusaka ushi (Matsusaka beef). The chef has experience at a long-established Teppan-yaki restaurant in Ginza and in French cuisine, blending French elements into Japanese Teppan-yaki and using cooking methods that bring out harmony with the ingredients to serve dishes that leave a lasting impression. The restaurant has only recently opened and currently accepts reservations only, but it is a top-tier place that I will definitely visit again.

Bifuteki no Kawamura Ginza Ten

Bifuteki no Kawamura Ginza Ten is a restaurant where you can enjoy Teppan-yaki centered on Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef), including the Special "Kobe Beef."

The interior has a stately brick built atmosphere, and it comes with a large counter with 16 seats. There is also a fully private room with a dedicated chef, so it is also perfect when you want to relax and take your time.

You can enjoy a steak of Kobe Beef, selected from Tajima-gyu (Tajima beef), one of the most renowned kinds of kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu).

They use only high quality lean meat with the fat and sinew carefully trimmed away, and it is said to have the tenderness and sweet marbling that are unique to Kobe Beef.

At lunchtime, the "Kobe-Tajima Beef Hamburger Steak Lunch" is popular for enjoying meat in a casual setting.

The juicy Hamburger Steak, packed with plenty of meat juices, also comes with several seasonings such as carefully selected soy sauce and Himalayan rock salt.

The chef cooks right in front of you, and the course moves along at a steady pace. The simple preparation really lets the ingredients stand out. It reminded me how good Teppan-yaki can be after a long time. The dessert and coffee were also delicious.

It was also good with salt, making it a refined yet satisfying dish. You can enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace in the calm atmosphere.
