The "Heart sashimi" is a rare menu item made with the heart of Shiretoko Gyu (Shiretoko beef), and they can only serve it because the ingredient is so fresh.
It has a crisp texture, the rich flavor of lean meat, and a clean finish, and some reviews say it tastes irresistible when enjoyed with the egg yolk and slightly sweet soy-based sauce served alongside it!

The staff were very friendly and made the experience really pleasant, changing the grill mesh several times and checking on our remaining drinks. Everything we ate was delicious overall, and not only the Horumon but also the lean cuts were really good, so if I want to eat great meat in Susukino (a nightlife district in Sapporo), I’d definitely love to visit again!

The clear chilled soup and springy noodles are said to leave you feeling refreshed after Yakiniku. The fruit toppings change with the season.

All the meat was delicious, and the Wagyu assortment was especially the best. The cold noodles we had at the end were also very good. They have zashiki (tatami seating), which we really appreciated because it made it fine to come with children. When I’m in the mood for good meat again, I’d love to visit again next time!

The meat quality is good, and the karubi (short rib) has a great balance of lean meat and fat, making it juicy and full of flavor, with sweet fat that tastes great! It goes perfectly with rice! The wakame (seaweed) soup is light, the salad is fresh and crisp, and the kimchi has just the right level of heat with a nice texture. It was a place that made me want to go back again.

One of this restaurant's signature dishes, this plate features lemon slices placed on top of negi-tan shio (salted beef tongue with green onions). The staff remove the lemon and grill it on the net for you. The green onions wrapped in juicy tongue had an amazing flavor, and I fully enjoyed this rich negi-tan shio.

Every cut of meat was really delicious, and both the lean meat and tongue were tender~~The thick cut tongue in particular was tender, juicy, and the best! I ordered several kinds of meat, and for the lamb, I decided to start with ramu-niku (lamb) instead of mutton. There were several cuts of lamb, but I ordered the ramu-niku Chateaubriand. You can now eat ramu-niku at this restaurant‼️The ramu-niku Chateaubriand and hitsuji yukke (raw seasoned lamb) had no off notes at all, and I was surprised by how light and easy they were to eat(笑)

Sumibiyakiniku Nikushiki Susukino Ten is a Yakiniku restaurant located on the 1st floor of Funabashi Building along Susukino Street, about a 5-minute walk from the Susukino Streetcar Station exit.
The interior has a casual, unpretentious feel. Here you can enjoy high-quality beef shipped directly from the Tokyo Meat Market and fresh Horumon from Hokkaido.
Photograph:amo1220
The beef is high quality, shipped directly from Tokyo's meat market and cut on the thicker side. You can enjoy both the good quality of the meat and its satisfying bite.
The tongue is tender with a light, crisp bite. The Flap meat and Outside skirt are said to release more and more of the rich flavor of lean meat the more you chew.
Photograph:maru0823.
The fresh Horumon also gets high marks. Because they buy whole cattle, you can enjoy a wide range of textures.
The "Horumon assortment" in the photo is a real treasure trove of textures. Some pieces melt away as you chew, while others are crunchy or pleasantly firm. It lets you fully enjoy the depth of Horumon.
Hidegourmet50
All of the meat was good, but the gyutan (beef tongue) was especially impressive, thick yet tender. The Horumon was fresh and tasty too. Another thing I really like is the beef stew. That is great as well. The staff were all very pleasant.

The popular “Negi Sando Tan” features thick cut tongue stuffed with plenty of green onion. Once nicely grilled over charcoal, you can enjoy its pleasant bite and the rich taste of the green onion.
Original menu items like “Kyukyoku Dashi Tororo Tan” and “Negi Miso Tan” are also well received.
The “Tanezetsu Yukhoe” is a luxurious dish made using only carefully selected premium cuts of Beef Tongue, topped with an egg.
The melt in your mouth texture of the tongue blends with the rich egg yolk for a deep flavor. They also recommend eating it over rice.
Just as the name suggests, they have a wide variety of tongue dishes, so it was hard to choose, but everything we ordered was really good and made us want to try them all! The non-tongue dishes were also tasty, with finely marbled fat. My favorite part was that everything looked just like the photos, and both the dining space and the dishes that arrived were beautiful and felt very clean!

The "90-minute All you can eat and drink course" lets you enjoy karubi (short rib) and lean cuts of Kamifurano Gyu (Kamifurano beef), a branded beef. It starts with a first set, an assortment of different meats such as beef, pork, and lamb.
The grill is a charcoal shichirin (small charcoal brazier). It gives the meat a nicely browned, juicy finish.
Photograph:一人飯研究家
"Kamifurano-gyu (Kamifurano beef)," raised in Kamifurano, is known for its tender texture and fat that melts in your mouth. The restaurant recommends dissolving wasabi into the sauce for a light, refreshing taste.
The finely marbled "zabuton (chuck flap)" is tender with a melt-in-your-mouth taste. The "Hanging tender" is said to have a rich umami flavor.
こじまよくと
The Private room makes it easy to relax and gives the place a nice feel. The pairing of the yukhoe sauce and egg yolk was impressive from the very first bite. The namul and kimchi also had no overpowering distinctive flavor, with a light taste that everyone could enjoy. The quality of the meat was quite good. They cut it after the order comes in. Since they grill it over charcoal on a shichirin (small charcoal grill), it cooks up nicely, and it is an easy place to drop by.

"Yakiniku Minahokku Shinkin Gyu Ittogai" is a Yakiniku restaurant about a 7-minute walk from Susukino Station on the subway, where you can enjoy shinkin gyu (Shinkin beef), a new Hokkaido brand of beef.
The interior, done in wood tones, has a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
Shinkin Gyu (brand beef) is a new brand of beef carefully raised in Kikonai. It features tender lean meat with rich flavor and light, clean fat.
With the "[Niku-zushi (meat sushi) x oysters x Yakiniku] course for full-on Manzoku," you can enjoy the rich flavor of Shinkin Gyu through Yakiniku and rare niku-zushi.
Photograph:おーんぷ
The “8-hour simmered beef tendon stew” is a standout dish made by slowly simmering beef tendon from Shinkin-gyu. You can enjoy a different kind of goodness from Yakiniku.
The soup, filled with the flavor of vegetables and beef, has a light sweetness. The beef tendon is rich and silky on the palate, and so tender it falls apart, making it excellent.
おっくん@Oku-Nara
It was my first time trying Shinkin gyu (Shinkin beef). It had a meatier bite and firmer texture than Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef), which made it very satisfying and really tasty. I used one of the Semi-private room seats, and it was a calm space where I could enjoy my meal. If you plan to visit, I recommend making a reservation in advance.

I used a course menu and a Private room. It has an upscale feel, but surprisingly, it was not what I expected. And it is not just about the meat, either, with a lineup that highlights northern specialties such as Akkeshi nama-gaki (fresh oysters) and meat sushi topped with ikura (salmon roe). I fully enjoyed the star dishes, including karubi (short rib) and roast, made with Hokkaido beef.

If you choose the course "Nama Lamb Jingisukan and Shiraoi Gyu (Shiraoi beef) Luxury Hokkaido! All you can drink Included," you can enjoy both "Shiraoi Gyu" and nama lamb jingisukan (grilled lamb dish). The nama lamb is tender and well liked for its light taste.

"Shiraoi Gyu (Shiraoi beef)" Special Strip loin from "ringo (apple)" is a dish where you wrap apple in lightly seared strip loin and enjoy it.
The fat of Shiraoi Gyu goes perfectly with the tartness and crisp texture of the apple, making the juicy meat taste light and refreshing.

The jingisukan (grilled mutton) and Shiraoi gyu (Shiraoi beef) were both delicious. Some people worry about the smell of jingisukan, but it was not an issue at all and I really enjoyed it. It was a lively restaurant. We started in the usual way with Beef Tongue, then enjoyed lamb, Horumon, and a big kalbi short rib, and loved it all♪ The most memorable dish was probably Horujin, I think〜. I reordered the rice I had already finished with the Yakiniku and ate it with some of the simmering sauce poured over it, and the rice was gone in seconds! The flavor is strong, but if I had ordered it earlier in the meal, it would have been that addictive taste that made me go for even more rice〜.

Shiretoko-gyu is known for its flavorful lean meat and clean-tasting fat. The "Cho-giri Tan" is a popular menu item that lets you enjoy the tongue of this Shiretoko-gyu whole. Diners praise its tender texture and the satisfying bite of the large-cut meat.
The "Afternoon" is a popular menu item, known for its fun presentation. The first tier features vegetables, and from the second tier on, it is arranged with meats such as roast cuts and Sirloin cap.
Every cut of meat is said to be melt-in-your-mouth tender. The dry ice smoke presentation is also said to be a feast for the eyes.

Above all, the whole grilled Beef Tongue is bold and really impressive. If you cut it into big pieces, each bite gives you an incredible sense of Manzoku. They also have pork, lamb, and even seafood. From the name alone, I expected a lively place geared toward a younger crowd, but when I actually went, it felt like a stylish high end restaurant. The staff provided wonderful service, and they even grilled the meat for us, so the hospitality was great! Of course, the meat was delicious, the smoke did not cling to our clothes, and the restaurant felt very clean.

The meat is just really good. I was very satisfied with the recommended Wagyu Strip loin, which was a much bigger portion than I expected. The chicken and lamb were also fresh and tasty. They even served us Japanese sake at the end, which was a nice surprise. I think I’ll go again next time.

First, we toasted with beer! And more than anything, the food menu really surprised us! From here, you can choose the portion size for the assortment, and the lineup of assortments is amazing, with options like the aka mix assortment, shiro mix assortment, and Horumon sashimi assortment. It was hard to choose, but we ordered the kokokara assortment L size, zettai namul, and Horumon sashimi assortment(。 >艸<)

The "niku-keeki (meat cake)," a nice choice for a special occasion, uses the same meat as the "Osusume Course (Recommended Course)." People like both the fun presentation and the tasty meat.
After you enjoy the look of it, it is briefly taken to the back, then brought out again with each slice served on a small plate. It is a popular menu item you can enjoy with both your eyes and your palate.

So good! The Wagyu sushi we had first was so tender it almost melted in the mouth. What surprised us most was the chutoro (medium fatty tuna), which had a nice springy texture without feeling greasy and tasted amazing. Each meat came with its own special sauce, and you could really feel the careful attention to detail. The quality of the meat was top class, and we were very Manzoku!

I visited at night and had a course meal. Although the table seats are not in a Private room, they are separated by curtains, so I could enjoy the meal without worrying about the people around me. The ventilation was also good, which was nice because my clothes did not end up smelling like Yakiniku. I was able to enjoy a variety of meats, including beef, pork, chicken, and lamb.

Not only the meat but also the green onions served with it were fresh, and the To finish cold noodles were very good too. Hanging tender, short rib, tongue, grilled shabu-shabu, Horumon, jingisukan (grilled mutton). There was more than we could finish. The dipping plate came with sauce, lemon juice, and salt, and it was especially good with salt.

To finish, the "30-Hour Simmered Curry" comes recommended.
Simmered low and slow for 30 hours, this curry is so good that the meat falls apart tenderly. People say it has an authentic taste that stands up well even against specialty curry shops.
ta-na09
The seats had a Semi-private room-like feel, divided by roll-up curtains, and although there were other guests at the next table, I did not mind them at all. The nice atmosphere really stood out. After sitting down, the first thing that caught my eye was the course menu. It listed a variety of dishes centered around Shiretoko-gyu (Shiretoko beef), and even that single sheet of paper made me more and more excited.

While it is priced like a high-end Yakiniku restaurant, it offers an experience worth more than the price. The variety of cuts is wide, and the playful selection of rare cuts and off-menu items adds to the fun. Both the meat and the drinks are top level, making this a perfect place for business dinners or a reward dinner.

Sapporo Yakiniku Itsumo Koko Susukino Honten is a Yakiniku restaurant about a 2-minute walk from Hosui-Susukino Station on the Toho Subway Line, located on the basement first floor of a building, and its hideaway-like location is also part of the appeal.
The interior has stylish atmosphere with dim lighting. The seats are separated by curtains, so you can also enjoy a sense of privacy.
The popular menu item "3 Kinds of Hanging tender" is an assortment of sagari, or diaphragm meat, from beef, pork, and chicken. You can enjoy it in the "Omakase Yakiniku Course from the Owner" or the "Recommended Yakiniku Course."
The beef has a rich taste, the pork is tender with a nice bite, and the chicken has a plump texture. Each one offers a different texture to enjoy.
The "staff meal Gyudon (beef bowl)," served in a piping hot stone pot, is a hearty dish made by slowly simmering beef tendon and short rib for 2 days.
The meat is simmered until tender and has a flavor like Kakuni (braised pork belly). Add a raw egg, and it becomes even milder and extra tasty.

The beef, pork, and chicken Hanging tender, each seasoned with soy sauce, miso, or salt, are all excellent✨️The beef short ribs in particular are so tender they seem to melt away in your mouth in no time. The lightly seared Shiraoi-gyu (Shiraoi beef) short ribs are also huge and make a big impression! The fat is sweet, and they are at their best when mixed with egg yolk✨️

"Takeda Wagyu Karubi" uses A5 rank beef. People love its tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture and the sweet, juicy fat.
The thick cut makes it very satisfying to eat. It has a rich taste, and is said to be delicious whether you put it on rice or wrap it in the separately served tsutsumi-ba (wrapping leaves).
A popular feature of this place is that you can pour your own lemon sour from the tap at your table, and it comes with flavor syrups so you can customize it to your liking.
Among them, the "Takeda Syrup" is said to be as tasty as ginger syrup, and is perfect when you want to freshen your mouth, such as after eating rich fatty meat.

(Each) table has its own dedicated server, so you can pour as much as you like with zero wait time! I kind of like this kind of playful setup. There is also a wide range of flavor changing syrups, which makes it nice that you can enjoy it without getting bored until the very end.

The signature negi-tsutsumi Silk Beef Tongue can be ordered from just 1 piece, and the green onion salt that burst out with each bite was excellent.
