「お客さんからどう見えているか？」の視点を忘れたら、サービスは意味がないですよね。
お客さんへのサービスをそっちのけで行っている従業員教育は、誰のためなのでしょうかね？
シェフかフロア責任者らしき方が、新人のアルバイトらしき方を一生懸命指導していて、お客への気配りが完全にないがしろ。
ワインの注文や会計など、仕方なくこちらから声を掛けても、気付いたのに目線だけよこして何やら精神論の指導を続けている…
料理は、オススメという前菜の盛り合わせは色んな食材を楽しめて悪くないし、真鱈白子と椎茸のクリームパスタ（フェットチーネかな）も濃厚で美味。
仔羊だって、付け合わせにじっくり丸焼きにした玉ネギなど、こだわってる。
価格もそれなりに納得の設定なのに、もったいないですね。
2020年11月時点の食べログでは、名古屋のイタリアンで５番目に出てきますが、「うーん…」って感じです。
この日はたまたまだったのかもしれませんけどね。
