久保田はいろいろ揃ってるとのこと
メニューに値段はない
そのうち八寸が出されて
お酒も進む
お刺身、煮物、焼物と手が込んだ品の数々
大将が1人で作っているとのこと
カウンターの向かいに女将さんが椅子に座って
いろいろと説明してくれる
目の調子が悪く
大将のお手伝いができないそうだが
女将さんから男前の大将の写真を撮ってと
言われたので御紹介
〆の十割(とわり)蕎麦は
とてもコシがあって細い
塩で食べる蕎麦は初めて
塩も美味しい 伊達のこだわりのお塩とか
蕎麦湯もいただきお腹も温まり満腹
お昼はお蕎麦をされているそうで
メニューも見せていただいた
十割蕎麦にしてはコスパが良過ぎる
女将さんの通院に付き添っているので
予約のみらしい
お二人の仲睦まじさに
さらにまた伺いたいと思える気持ちが温まるお店
