"We are captivated by the 'delicious red meat' and 'natural texture' and proudly offer 'Omi beef,' one of Japan's three major wagyu brands. Thanks to our unique sourcing routes, we are able to handle rare and limited breeds of cattle. We adopt traditional breeding methods, provide water drawn from the underground springs of the Suzuka mountain range, and use 'takigawa' (feed made from straw) as their feed. This results in firm red meat and a natural marbling. Enjoy the exquisite flavors that Japan takes pride in to your heart's content."
