You can enjoy a variety of regional dishes from across the vast expanse of Russia, from the famous pirozhki and beef stroganoff that are well-known in Japan, to local specialties from Siberia in the east to the Caucasus region in the south. You can also enjoy a pairing with local drinks, such as ice-cold vodka from the freezer and the "Imperial Wine Abrau-Durso" created for the Romanov emperors.
Food "Ukrainian Cuisine: Special Borscht Made with Home-Grown Beets"
One of the world's three great soups, borscht is a traditional dish that is said to have originated in Ukraine and is beloved not only in Russia but around the world. Borscht requires high-quality beets and the herb dill, which are essential ingredients. At Logoski, we cultivate beets and dill at our contracted farm in the Sugadaira Highlands of Nagano Prefecture specifically for this borscht. There may be few restaurants around the world that are as particular about growing their own beets for borscht. This is one of Logoski's proud offerings!

The Caucasus region, known as "Georgia," is where the world's first grapevines were born. The origins of all grapes and winemaking around the world began here. At our establishment, we offer wines from Georgia, as well as from other countries known to have been producing wine since around 8000 BC. We invite you to enjoy these wines alongside Georgia's traditional skewered meat dish, "Shashlik"!
