You can enjoy Local Cuisine from various regions of Russia, from Siberia in the east to the Caucasus region in the south, including piroshki and beef stroganoff, which are famous in Japan. Guests also enjoyed pairing it with local alcoholic beverages, such as vodka chilled in the freezer and the Imperial Wine Abrau d'Urso, made for the Romanov emperors.
Food [Ukrainian cuisine] Delicate borscht made with home-grown beets
One of the three major soups in the world. Borscht is a traditional dish that originated in Ukraine and is loved not only in Russia but all over the world. High-quality beets and the aromatic herb dill are essential for borscht. For this borscht, Rogowski grows beets and dill at a contracted farm in Sugadaira Kogen, Nagano Prefecture. There are probably very few Restaurants around the world that make their borscht by carefully growing beets. This is Rogowski's proud dish!

Georgia is the Caucasus region where the world's first vines were born. Grapes all over the world and the origins of winemaking all began here. Our store carries wines from Georgia and other countries that are said to be the oldest wine producing countries, having been making wine since around 8000 BC.
