At our restaurant, we are particular about the water used to make the dough, so that you can enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza. We use alkaline water that matches the hardness of water from Southern Italy. We offer 28 types of authentic pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven constructed by Italian craftsmen using stone! Since we bake the pizzas at a high temperature of 500°C all at once after you place your order, the dough becomes chewy, allowing you to enjoy it fresh out of the oven. The piping hot pizzas baked in our light blue stone oven, inspired by the port of Naples, are a must-try delicacy!
