We use alkaline water that matches the hardness of water in southern Italy. We offer 28 types of authentic pizzas baked in wood-fired ovens built by Italian oven artisans! After receiving your order, we bake it all at once at a high temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, so the dough is chewy and you can enjoy the freshly made product. The piping hot pizza baked in a light blue stone oven inspired by the port of Naples is a must-try dish!
