Quenelle, a local dish from Lyon, France, made with a paste of white fish.
At this restaurant, the sauce is notably cream risotto-like, and it is said to be rich and excellent with the deep flavor of squid and shellfish.
The roasted pork served as one dish in the lunch course is a beautiful plate with a contrast of pink and green.
The pork is so tender that you can hardly see any sinew, and the green peas served alongside it are also fresh and tasty.
pipiko777
The gentle and carefully balanced seasoning made everything delicious! In particular, the egg soup served as an Appetizers course was very good, with ikura (salmon roe) adding a nice pop, and the madachi (Pacific cod milt) in the fish dish had a nice toasty aroma from being grilled and paired perfectly with the light broth with turnip.

It may be a small restaurant run by just the madam and the chef, but the quality of the food and the madam's warm, attentive service make it a very comfortable place to be. It's a good restaurant, highly recommended!

The roast chicken thigh served as the main dish of the course.
This dish lets you enjoy a unique combination of fermented Chinese cabbage sauce, kombu kelp oil, and persimmon vinegar, and it is said to fully show off the chef's skill.

In addition to the meat dishes, the fish dishes are also said to be excellent.
The photo shows the “soupe de poisson” made with a whole sanma (Pacific saury). It is said to be a must try dish during sanma season, with all the flavor and aroma of the ingredient fully condensed into it.
I enjoyed many dishes with unusual combinations. The chimaki (sticky rice dumpling) was really delicious, and it was Surprising! I liked it so much I felt like I could eat plate after plate.

For a little over two hours, I enjoyed dishes made with obvious joy by a young chef who seemed to be pure style and good taste, and it reminded me just how amazing vegetables can be. It made me want to try the ingredients of each season through the chef’s cooking, and I knew I would definitely come back again.

It is said to have no off notes at all, and while it has a firmer bite than beef, it is still tender enough and easy to eat.

"Homemade shika (venison) ham and Hokkaido mozzarella with leafy green salad" lets you enjoy vegetables and game meat at the same time.
The lightly flavored venison ham is said to pair perfectly with mozzarella cheese and herb greens. The dressing also has a well-balanced taste.

Instead of much fat, the lean meat has an iron-rich kind of umami, and I liked that it came with a red wine sauce that matched it well and had good volume too. This is surely a signature dish.

The roast Takikawa-san aigamo (domesticated duck) looks so beautiful that it builds excitement before you even take a bite.
The duck is tender, with the flavor of the ingredient itself concentrated in every bite, and the foie gras sauce is said to be so good that it tastes great even spread on bread.

For those who want to enjoy the flavors of Hokkaido, the recommended meat dish is kagura-gyu (Kagura beef) steak. It uses beef from Asahikawa that has been aged for 60 days.
The meat has a rich savory flavor, but it is also light and easy to eat.
KINGSMAN
The dishes focused on seasonal ingredients and were also refined, and they selected glasses of wine that suited the food! It was a restaurant with a grown-up atmosphere!

Did he develop this style of handling local ingredients with such care and precision through his training, bringing out the very best in their flavor? The main dishes, the low-temperature cooked pork and the pan-seared cod, were both good, but the vegetable dishes served alongside them were especially delicious.

You can enjoy it in different ways, such as dipping bread into it or having it as a snack with wine.
The restaurant’s signature dish, yaki risotto (grilled risotto), is said to be so good that it stays with you.
Seasonal seafood such as hotate (scallops) and akaebi (red shrimp) is placed on top of the gently flavored risotto, bringing together toasty aroma and rich umami.

The “Hokkaido-san (Hokkaido-produced) niku (meat) 3-shu assortment” looks like a great way to make memories of a trip to Hokkaido. You can choose any 3 items you like from the menu written on the board.
Each menu item is said to make the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors, with sauces thoughtfully matched to each one.
One review described the "madara (Pacific cod) and yama-wasabi (Japanese horseradish) cream pasta" as "so good you could keep eating it forever."
The salty flavor of the cod pairs well with the richness of the cream, and the fresh flavor of yama-wasabi (Japanese horseradish) adds an extra layer, creating an excellent balance that keeps it from feeling too heavy.
マルタロウ
It has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. All the dishes were delicious. In particular, the Tokachi Herb Gyu (Tokachi herb fed beef) steak, the Omaru Ebi (lobster) croquettes, and the Aka Ika (red squid) and yama-wasabi (Japanese horseradish) cream pasta were excellent.
