Kobe Gyu Shabu Shabu Omoki Hanare Ginza Ten is located about a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Ginza Station, on the corner of Azuma-dori and Miyuki-dori.
This restaurant is by reservation only, where you can fully enjoy shabu-shabu made with A5-rank Kobe beef. The interior has a calm Japanese feel, and all seats are in fully private rooms.

They offer several kinds of dashi-shabu kaiseki (multicourse meal with broth shabu-shabu). The most popular is "Kaede," which lets you enjoy shabu-shabu as the main dish, made with A5-grade lean Kobe beef.
You eat it lightly with Kobe beef broth and yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper paste). It lets you fully enjoy the rich flavor of Kobe beef.
On weekend lunch service, they offer several good-value courses featuring Kobe beef dashi-shabu (Kobe beef broth shabu-shabu).
In addition to the "Three Seasonal Kobachi (small side dishes)" shown in the photo, the course also includes items like Sanuki udon and dessert. The Kobe beef is undeniably delicious, and the meal leaves you fully Manzoku from start to finish.

The Sunken kotatsu seating had a really nice atmosphere! The shabu-shabu was especially delicious♡The udon at the end had a slightly rich flavor, which was great!◎

おさとうくに
The dishes look great and taste great too, and one bite is enough to make you feel happy. The main Kobe beef is a lean cut with plenty of flavor even with just a quick swish in the broth, but when you eat it with vegetables or sprinkle on a little seasoned salt, the flavor changes and tastes great in a different way. The delicious food and luxurious space left both my stomach and my heart full.

About a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Ginza Station, Ginza Shabu Tsu is located on Ginza Suzuran-dori. This restaurant lets you enjoy high quality shabu-shabu made with premium meats such as A5-ranked Kobe gyu (Kobe beef) and Matsusaka gyu (Matsusaka beef).
The Japanese-style interior has both counter and table seating. You can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere.
You can enjoy the shabu-shabu with sauces matched to the meat, including the secret goma dare (sesame sauce) that has remained unchanged since the restaurant first opened, a very spicy sauce, and rock salt.
The photo shows the most popular "Harumi Course." It is a great value course that includes All you can eat of six kinds of meat such as beef loin, pork loin, and aigamo (domesticated duck) with negi (green onion), plus vegetables, along with All you can drink.

At lunchtime, they offer set menus that make it easy to enjoy shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot). It can draw a line, so it’s best to get there early.
The photo shows the popular “Manpuku Lunch Set.” It comes with Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef), plus two meats of your choice, along with vegetables, soup, dessert, and a drink.

Even the most affordable All you can eat course had a meat selection and quality that was very satisfying. The beef was especially great. The meat sliced on the spot was fresh and went perfectly with ponzu sauce and sesame sauce. The kamo-shabu (duck shabu-shabu) was also addictive when wrapped with green onion and eaten with sesame oil and salt. It was a course that left us fully satisfied all the way through to the wonton noodles at the end.

The shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot) was light and tasty, and I think it’s great that they can offer it at this price in this Ginza location!(//∇//)There were green onions and yakumi (condiments) on the table, so we could change up the flavor too! They kindly brought small portions of rice separately for my daughters without us even having to ask first, and I was so happy with their thoughtful service!(╹◡╹)♡

Shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot) can be ordered either as a course or à la carte. For the first slice, the staff will swish it in the pot for you, so you can relax even if you are not sure about the timing.
The Kirishima Kurobuta (Kirishima Berkshire pork) they serve is known for its rich umami, distinct sweetness, and moist, tender bite. You can enjoy its high quality flavor.
Photograph:クイーンズアリス
The pork is shabu-shabu cooked in a Hot Pot filled with plenty of negi (green onion), then eaten with soba dipping sauce and yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper paste). If you want to try other sauces too, you can order extras.
Another nice point is that the shabu-shabu options in the photo, like Beef Tongue and Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), can also be added as toppings.

The kurobuta (Berkshire pork) and beef shabu-shabu All you can eat course!! I ate so much and was so happy! I love this restaurant. It serves a simple shabu-shabu Hot Pot where you wrap negi (green onion) in pork and eat it, and it is just so good. The dipping sauce is also delicious. Today, we also added tan (beef tongue) shabu-shabu. It was my first time ordering it, and that was tasty too. I love Hot Pot, and this is one of my top favorite restaurants.

At Shabu-Shabu Sukinabe Omoki Ginza Ten, you can enjoy a kaiseki course built around shabu-shabu with A5 rank Matsusaka beef and Matsusaka pork.
The interior has a calming Japanese feel, and every seat is in a fully private room. It is about a 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, on the 7th floor of a building along Ginza Corridor Street, and there are also window seats where you can enjoy views of Tokyo.

Matsusaka beef is known for its beautiful marbling and high quality fat. The fat is not heavy, and you can enjoy its light sweetness and rich flavor.
You can order from both kaiseki course (traditional multi-course meal) menus and the à la carte menu. The most popular choice is the tare-shabu kaiseki course "Hotaka," whose main dish is an assortment of A5 Matsusaka beef lean meat and Matsusaka pork.
Photograph:Adamos
The tare-shabu kaiseki (course meal) "Shirane" is a plan that lets you enjoy a side-by-side tasting of A5 Matsusaka beef lean meat and marbled cuts. The uchimomo (inside round) lean cut is tender, and the marbled cut is said to have a premium texture.
It also includes standout dishes such as Matsusaka beef meat sushi and katsu wrapped in a tortilla.
Redfox
The lean meat had a firm texture and a light taste. I ate it as is, or with ponzu sauce and yuzukosho (yuzu pepper). The pork went well with sesame sauce. It was tasty wrapped with vegetables such as crisp green onions. The portion of meat was more generous than I expected and very satisfying.

I ordered the Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef) and Matsusaka-buta (Matsusaka pork) Combo shabu-shabu set meal. The meat was tender with sweet fat, and together with the dashi broth, it was excellent. From the Appetizers to the dessert, everything was carefully prepared, and the presentation was beautiful. The service was kind and well timed, giving the meal a Special feel and a high level of Manzoku.

One feature here is that they do not limit themselves to a specific production region, and serve only the freshest, highest quality kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef).
To keep the meat tender, they use natural carbonated water from Oita Prefecture for the shabu-shabu. In fact, many reviews say it melts in your mouth. You can fully enjoy the rich flavor of the meat.
Photograph:チーズケーキHiRo
The “Aburi Wagyu Sashi Tororo-ju” lets you enjoy lightly seared sashimi-style Spencer roll so high in quality that it can even be eaten raw, the same cut used for shabu-shabu.
Sweet Wagyu with just the right marbling is generously laid over the rice, and it is said to be an outstanding dish with excellent pairing with tororo (grated yam). It is a lunchtime menu item.

You can choose either shabu-shabu or sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot), and we chose shabu-shabu. Enjoying shabu-shabu with six kinds of salt was a new experience, and it was delicious. The popular “Nihon Sandai Wagyu Tabe Kurabe” course lets you enjoy Matsusaka Beef, Kobe Beef, and Omi Beef as shabu-shabu. You enjoy it with the house-made katsuo (bonito) dashi dipping broth.
Not only is the presentation gorgeous, but it is also said to be delicious, letting you fully taste the rich flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the fat. You can also make the meat All you can eat.
The course also includes unusual mushrooms and fresh vegetables shipped directly from their production regions. The photo shows that everything is mushrooms. They source them from (Each) production region across Japan, and one of the highlights is being able to enjoy a range of textures and flavors.
They also pair well with alcohol, so it is a good idea to add the All you can drink option.

Just as the Hot Pot started bubbling away, the beef arrived! It was really impressive marbled beef! It was tender and delicious. They also brought out a sample of Matsusaka gyu (Matsusaka beef). The marbled beef from earlier was great too, but this was even better than the meat before! As expected of Matsusaka gyu!

A meal in Ginza for the first time in a while. A lovely place with a luxurious feel and a Private room. They serve Kobe, Matsusaka, and Omi Beef, three of Japan’s top Wagyu brands, in a shabu-shabu style with their recommended dashi (Japanese soup stock). They also have sesame sauce and ponzu sauce, but the dashi is really good! There was a wide variety of mushrooms, including some rare kinds I had never seen before, and I ended up eating too much. I’m very satisfied.

Hyoki Ginza Honten is a restaurant where you can enjoy shabu-shabu made with Special pork as part of a kaiseki (traditional multi-course meal) together with seasonal dishes.
True to its Kyoto roots, the interior is a stately space modeled after a Kyoto zashiki (tatami room), and every seat is in a fully private room. It is located along Kobikicho-dori, a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Higashi-Ginza Station.

A key feature here is enjoying shabu-shabu by dipping it in carefully made dashi (Japanese soup stock), an essential part of Kyoto culture. They recommend adding plenty of green onions, which pair perfectly with the pork, to the dashi, and you can get free refills of the green onions.
The pork is said to be sweet and so good it melts in your mouth.

In addition to pork, they also offer kaiseki courses where you can enjoy shabu-shabu with zuwai-gani (snow crab) and Wagyu Strip loin, as well as kaiseki courses made without any animal based ingredients.
The photo shows the "Ayame" course, which lets you fully enjoy pork and zuwai-gani. It also comes with dishes made with seasonal ingredients.

The interior has a refined Japanese feel, and every seat is in a fully private room. You can relax in a private space and enjoy high quality meat.
Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) is said to be juicy, with a rich sweetness in the fat.
They offer three courses, with a choice of shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot) or sukiyaki (Japanese beef hotpot). The recommended options are the "[Take] Course" and "[Matsu] Course," both of which let you enjoy A5 rank beef. The shabu-shabu meat is said to be generous in volume and highly satisfying.
Photograph:Rumic6.6c
The photo shows the “Uni Ikura Small Rice bowl,” which lets you fully enjoy ikura (salmon roe) and uni (sea urchin). It is served before the main shabu-shabu as a special dish on the “【Matsu】 Course.”
The ikura bursts with flavor with every bite, and it pairs perfectly with the rich, sweet uni.

It seems most people order sukiyaki, but we made a reservation for shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot). The quality of the meat was good, and the food was very tasty. Is the building itself old? It seems that way, but the inside of the restaurant was very clean, and although the Private room was a simple partitioned style, we were able to relax and take our time!

BLANY
The shabu-shabu meat was bigger than any I’ve ever seen! Even though there were only 4 slices for 2 servings, it felt like twice that much. The vegetables were good too, and best of all, the goma dare (sesame dipping sauce) had an amazing flavor. Even after using a lot of it, it hardly got watered down. The vegetables that stood out most were the mushrooms and shirataki (konjac noodles).

Shabu Shabu Ogami is a place where you can casually enjoy shabu-shabu with Wagyu, pork, seasonal seafood, and seasonal vegetables. The interior has a calm atmosphere, with counter seats, table seating, and Private room.

The standard meats used for shabu-shabu are Yamagata beef strip loin and the Chuck Eye Roll of Yamagata’s Hirata Farm Kinka Pork, known as the “phantom pork.” You can enjoy them in several different courses.
The most popular option is the “Omakase course,” which lets you enjoy both kinds of meat. They say it is high quality, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Photograph:みるみんく
In addition to the Omakase course, there are also courses that include seafood shabu-shabu. The seafood, shipped directly from fishermen in Hokkaido, is all fresh and tasty.
The vegetables are sourced directly from contracted organic farmers in Mie Prefecture. Since it is a popular restaurant, it is best to make a reservation before visiting.

Their signature dashi-shabu (broth shabu-shabu) is available to order either as part of a course or A la carte. You can choose from high quality meats to suit your taste, including Kagoshima-produced kurobuta (Berkshire pork) and Kuroge Wagyu.
The photo shows the "Teiban Kurobuta Course," which includes a total of 9 dishes including dashi-shabu. People say the broth is especially good, and that it pairs perfectly with the kurobuta.
Photograph:pecopeco_o
The bonito flakes used for dashi, okaka (bonito flakes), are shaved in the restaurant to an ultra-thin 0.01mm, so you can fully enjoy their freshly shaved aroma. One nice point is that they are All you can eat.
They also have a good selection of a la carte dishes made with okaka. The "Okaka Onigiri" in the photo is a rice ball finished with okaka.
レモン派
You can still feel Manzoku even with just kurobuta (Berkshire pork) for the shabu-shabu. The vegetables are also great, with plenty in both amount and variety. The shabu-shabu is served with just dashi (soup stock), and while you might think the flavor would be lacking, it actually has a good dashi taste and is very tasty. With two obanzai (Kyoto-style side dishes), the shabu-shabu, and finishing udon noodles, I was completely full.

For the shabu-shabu, they mainly use Premium kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) and Hida-gyu (Hida beef), and depending on the season, they also offer items such as fugu (pufferfish) and matsutake (matsutake mushroom).
The Hida-gyu in the photo is known for its rich marbling and umami, while still tasting light. Reviews also praise the perfect balance of its tender texture and the sweetness of the fat.
The course also includes a range of à la carte dishes besides shabu-shabu. The presentation is beautiful, and both the eyes and the palate leave Manzoku.

The A4 Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) had beautiful marbling, and with just a quick dip in the Hot Pot, the fat spread across the palate like it was melting. The fat did not feel heavy, and it kept a great balance with the rich flavor of the lean meat. The pork had a different kind of appeal from the beef, with a pleasant sweetness in the fat and a light finish.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-gochome Station, Shabu Shabu Sukiyaki Shishikura is a popular spot where you can enjoy Kagoshima kuro-ushi (Japanese Black beef) shabu-shabu with carefully selected local sake from across Japan.
The interior has a relaxed, homey Japanese modern feel. The restaurant offers table seating and Private room seating.

The Kagoshima Kuroushi beef served in the shabu-shabu features top-grade A5 Strip loin and Spencer roll as the main cuts. It is known for its concentrated umami and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
You eat it with dashi broth made fresh every morning, along with house-made ponzu sauce made from citrus juice and vinegar, and sesame sauce.

They offer several courses that let you enjoy everything from Appetizers to dessert. The photo shows the "Clay Pot rice" included in the course, made with two kinds of rice delivered directly from contracted farmers.
The rice is cooked right in front of you and is said to go perfectly with the shabu-shabu. For an extra charge, you can also change it to tai-meshi (Sea Bream rice).

The meat I had at Shabu Shabu Shishikura in Nishi-Shinjuku was surprisingly tender and very delicious. With just a quick dip in the heat, it spread across the mouth with a melt-in-your-mouth richness that was outstanding, and I could fully enjoy the natural sweetness of the meat itself. Both the ponzu sauce and the sesame sauce were refined, enhancing the meat nicely without getting in the way of its flavor.

Since they recommended having the first bite of meat with the dashi broth, I tried it as is, and it was every bit worthy of the Prime Minister's Award! Even though it was thinly sliced, it still felt very meaty and tasted great! The second bite! Next I had it with ponzu sauce, and it was fantastic. I had the vegetables together with ginshari (white rice), and it went so well with the rice!!

Shabu-shabu in Tokyo! Restaurants in Shibuya, Ebisu, and Daikanyama
Photograph:TACKNMON
Majin Daikanyama Ten is about a 5-minute walk from Daikanyama Station. This restaurant is known for its shabu-shabu made with Special brand pork, served with house-made soba-tsuyu (buckwheat noodle dipping sauce).
The interior has a homey Japanese feel, with counter seats, table seating, and zashiki (tatami floor seating).
Photograph:TOMOSANKAKU
The specialty shabu-shabu uses a blended dashi made from bonito and kombu kelp. You can enjoy two cuts of branded pork, loin and belly, with plenty of white leek and crisp lettuce in a fragrant, rich soba dipping sauce.
The pork and white leek are a perfect match, and people also say the soba served at the end is excellent.
Photograph:酒好きOLなつ
You can also enjoy it as shabu-suki (sukiyaki-style shabu-shabu). Dip the meat and vegetables, swished in a broth of house-made soba dipping sauce with yuzu kosho (citrus chili paste), into raw egg before eating.
The balance of the sharp heat from the yuzu kosho and the mild richness of the egg is said to be spot on, and very tasty.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and feels very comfortable. I ordered the shabu-shabu course. Everything was delicious, and I left feeling full. From the first yuba (tofu skin) to the popular ebi-pan (shrimp toast), the dashi (broth) was especially good. Next time, I’d like to visit and try the à la carte menu.

A Japanese restaurant with shabu-shabu (Japanese hot pot) as its main specialty. You enjoy it with meat, plenty of green onions and lettuce, and a special soba dipping sauce, and the meat is thinly sliced, sweet, and delicious! I finished it in no time. It’s also nice that they have a wide variety of à la carte dishes◎

You can enjoy shabu-shabu with a wide range of courses that include à la carte dishes. There are three types of dipping sauces: ponzu sauce made with citrus juice and vinegar, sesame sauce, and olive oil with truffle salt.
It is popular because you can choose from a wide variety of meats, including Beef Tongue, which is often eaten as Yakiniku, as well as pork and chicken, and enjoy them as shabu-shabu.

If you want to enjoy it at a more reasonable price, lunchtime is the perfect choice!
With the "Simple Set," you can choose your main meat from beef, pork, chicken, Beef Tongue, and more, and Large size rice is free.
If you want an even more filling meal, the "Dai Manzoku Set" is recommended. Along with the meat, you can enjoy colorful vegetables cooked shabu-shabu style, and you can get refills of rice and side dishes.

・【Large size】Beef Shabu Set
I thought the beef belly might be a bit too fatty, but once you shabu-shabu it, the extra fat comes off, so you can eat plenty! You can choose any 2 broths you like from 6 kinds! Going with the classic Wagyu broth and black mala was absolutely the right call ◎

I visited for lunch for the first time. I only reserved a seat that came with a toast drink. I was happy that I could choose alcohol too! There were various courses, and I kept going back and forth. The vegetables came in a beautiful assortment, with lots of different kinds, including some I had never seen before. I chose a course that allowed refills, and on the second round there was also a generous amount of different kinds of mushrooms, which left me very Manzoku. For the third round, I refilled only the leafy greens, and ended up eating quite a lot of vegetables.

You can choose sukiyaki or shabu-shabu, and this time I picked the shabu-shabu I had been wanting to try for a long time. First, I took a sip of the broth as is. It had a refined, clear taste, with the umami of kombu kelp gently spreading across the palate. Then I swished the meat through it, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich sweetness filled my mouth... I was blown away!

What makes it even better is being able to relax on your own, enjoy top quality meat at your own pace, and savor it quietly at the counter. I personally like to start with a beer and enjoy the Appetizers, then pair everything with a glass of orange wine that goes well with any meal while having fun cooking vegetables, pork, and beef in the shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot).

There are several kinds of courses, and all of them are All you can eat for meat and vegetables. The photo shows the most popular "Aged Beef Tongue Shabu-shabu Course." Along with the aged Beef Tongue, you can also enjoy lean Kuro-ushi (Japanese black cattle) beef, pork, chicken thigh, and vegetables.
It has a great reputation for being very tasty, easy on the wallet, and satisfying enough to leave you with Manzoku.
Photograph:tabelog.com
Because it is one Hot Pot per person, a key feature is that you can choose the dashi (Japanese soup stock) to suit your own taste. For the dipping sauce too, you can pick whatever you like from more than 20 kinds of sauces and spices set out at the dedicated sauce counter shown in the photo.
Since you can enjoy a range of different flavors, the appeal is that you can keep eating without getting tired of it until the very end.

The Beef Tongue looks beautiful! The vegetable assortment looks beautiful! The soup is bright red, but the goma tantan (sesame tantan) is not that spicy. We put the vegetables into the Hot Pot and swished the meat through the broth. The sauce BAR was fun too, and we enjoyed changing up the flavors all the way through to the delicious matcha tiramisu for dessert.

Gyushabu Gyusuki Tabehodai Tajimaya, located inside Yodobashi Akiba just a short walk from Akihabara Station. You can enjoy All you can eat shabu-shabu made with high quality meat such as kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) and Kobe beef.

All you can eat is available at both lunch and dinner. They offer many courses depending on the types of meat and the time limit. If you want to enjoy it casually, lunch is recommended.
A key point is that their carefully selected high quality meat is sliced only after you order, so you can enjoy it in a fresh state.
Photograph:辛いならGATSBY
A standout here is the “2-color Hot Pot,” which lets you enjoy one more broth in addition to kombu kelp dashi.
You can choose from six kinds, including the “Wafu Mizore Dashi,” a Japanese-style broth with grated daikon radish added, and the “Umakara Chige Dashi,” which has a spicy kick along with rich flavor. Each one is said to bring out the good flavor of the meat.

It was great that both the vegetables and meat were All you can eat. We went with the two-flavor shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot) All you can eat option. We also added the drink bar, and it made for a really fun time. The Haagen-Dazs ice cream was tasty too.

This restaurant offers All you can eat two-flavor Hot Pot or sukiyaki. The two-flavor Hot Pot is basically shabu-shabu, and you can choose 2 kinds of broth. This time, I went with the two-flavor Hot Pot. The bill changes depending on the type of meat, but I figured I probably would not notice that much difference in taste, so I picked the cheapest one, and it was still tasty!

They offer four kinds of broth: wafu (Japanese-style), Korean-style, jidori (free-range chicken), and sukiyaki. Each one is said to bring out the good flavor of the meat.
A "tare (sauce) bar" is set up, which is a nice touch because you can customize the sauce to your liking. With so many different ways to season your food, it is the kind of place where you may end up eating more than you planned.

The Wagyu shabu-shabu was insanely good. I used sukiyaki sauce and ended up eating 3 bowls of rice with raw egg and the one topped with beef tendon. The Beef Tongue shabu-shabu was also amazing with yuzu ponzu. This place also has a Yakiniku restaurant next door, and everything there is a hit too. If you go to Akihabara, definitely give it a try✨
