2024年のゴールデンウィーク
2,024年のゴールデンウィーク期間中も通常通り(火)(水)定休です。 |
先日本場の戸隠そばをいただいたこともあり、気になっていた地元の仁王門屋むらまつさんを訪問。平日の11時オープン3分前に到着しましたがすでに数組先客あり。この田舎にして随分な人気店です。開店と同時に店内へ。その後も次々年齢高めなお客さんが続々入店してきます。
メニューは事前に確認済み（笑）なので天丼＋ざるセット（1,600円）を早速注文。ここのお蕎麦は特徴のあるざるでいただくざる蕎麦が基本。ただ、個人的には水切りしないざる蕎麦って少し気になります。蕎麦はやや歯ごたえのある麺。これなら越前そばのが自分の好みかもしれません。とはいえ、新そばということもあって風味は良かったと思います。
天丼はエビ、かぼちゃ２つ、ピーマンの天ぷらに汁がかかっています。天ぷらが私には少しクドイと感じました。あと、お値段。少しお高めですね。
