This time, it's a curry tour. I went to "Subakamana". It is a restaurant where you can eat Vietnamese Cuisine and Nepalese Cuisine with a focus on Indian Cuisine. There are many restaurant in Aichi Prefecture, but this is the main store. The location is right next to Okazaki Park. Perhaps because it is located in a relatively central area, it is not a suburban Restaurants type like other stores, but a small restaurant on the mezzanine floor of the building. The appearance is not very noticeable. There is an affiliated multi-storey parking lot for parking, and if you use it, you will receive subsidies. I went there at lunchtime on a holiday, but I waited outside. I wrote my name on a piece of paper and waited quite a bit. From my experience so far, the lunch set is through. When I asked if I could order a dinner set, I was told that it was not possible, so I ended up ordering a single item. The best single curry is the dry curry series, but I ate most of them, so I ordered two of them: Chicken Korma (990 yen including tax) and Garlic Naan (440 yen including tax). Korma is a rich-tasting curry made with dairy products and nuts. The soup comes out at the service and the payment is 1,430 yen in total. ◯ Cuisine / Taste ... If curry is your main focus, a single curry or a weekly curry is better than a basic set curry. If you want to enjoy a variety of dishes, you can use a set. If you like, you can change the cheese naan, but I personally don't like that it's a full-fledged size for an additional fee ... ・ Chicken Korma The image is almost a cream stew curry. It is very mild and easy to eat. Some stores use coconut milk, but this one has a dairy-based taste. Inside the chubby curry is tender chicken. If you think about the amount of meat (a few small pieces) at the naan curry restaurant there, there is a lot of it. Basically, this kind of curry is my favorite type, so I was personally satisfied with it. ・Garlic naan Naan sprinkled with garlic chips and green onions. The aroma of garlic is fragrant, and it goes well with naan, which has a surprisingly sweet taste. The size of the naan is as good as ever. It's also thick, and I think it's basically about 1.5 to 2 times the naan of a large naan curry restaurant. If you can't finish it, you can tell the waiter and put it in a bag and take it home. ・Soup: A slightly thickened chicken-based soup. It is a little more transparent than the cloudy soup that is often served at this kind of restaurant. There is only a little meat in the filling. △ Service... I don't know if it's a coincidence or something this time, but the customer service is so subtle that I can't believe it's the main store. At the time of waiting, ordering, and checkout, there are various tricks. I haven't caught up with the cleanup after the customers leave, and I feel that the branch was much more solid. ◯ Atmosphere... If you're coming in from other restaurant, is the main store so small? That's what it feels like. The sense of fashion is the same as other restaurant, and it has a Dining Bar-like atmosphere. However, even so, the atmosphere of the store is lively with a strong sense of chaos. After all, Family restaurant. . . △ Cospa ... Considering the price comparison, the cost performance is not high. However, as expected, there are only major chain stores, and there are plenty of things that are suitable for them. Also, after all, Subakamana is surprisingly cheap if you aim for fairs and limited-time coupons. ◯ Comprehensive... I had a subtle impression that the curry was missing something and that I couldn't refill the naan if I just used it cheaply for lunch, but since I learned that I can eat various single dishes at a low price using coupons and events, I can actually enjoy it more than at ordinary restaurants. I thought it would be a good idea to do some preliminary research. By the way, just because it's the main store, it doesn't seem to matter, but rather it's small and the parking lot is inconvenient, so I feel that a salad buffet store in the suburbs is better.
