昭和54年(1979年）に「えいこく屋」は創業し、
初代ご主人が、ネパール人の方を誘って始めた
と云う。 （創業1978年とも記される）
そのご主人は、80歳代で、お隣の紅茶屋さんで
立つのが、代表取締役 荒川博之さん。
1978年の名古屋のインド料理は
・アクバル（閉店）
・クマール（閉店）
・えいこく屋
が、草分け的存在!!
えいこく屋は、その当時より、覚王山にある!!
今日は「TARKARI」（タルカリ）本山と末盛の
末盛寄りのタイレストランに向かったが、お休み
だった為、急遽「えいこく屋」さんへ!!

・中瓶ビール
・シシカバブー
・インドカレーのルーのみ
❖感想
味的には、上品な味。
シシカバブーも丁重に作られているのが判った。
カレーは、辛さはなく、マイルド系。
当日は、某国立大学の大学生がバイトし、
感じの良い女性が接客されていた。
この日は、
本山まで地下鉄で向かい、
本山～今池に歩いて向かう。
