私はお鮨が大好きなんですがあまり新規開拓はしません、私がよく伺うのが四ツ谷の ”三谷” さん、日本橋蛎殻町の ”すぎた” さん、六本木一丁目の ”鮨 さいとう” さん、新富町の ”鮨 はしもと” さん、それと最近はお任せですとお腹が一杯となり全部は食べられませんので、お好みのお鮨さんに伺うことが多くなり、神楽坂の ”鮓家一” さんや目白の ”鮨 あさづま” さんと ”鮨 渓山” さんです、これだけあれば十分です。
今日は色々なお店を紹介してくれる友人に誘われて此方のお鮨屋さんに伺いました、彼女が紹介してくれるお店はまず間違いはありません、伺う前からどんなお店かとウキウキしてきます。
まずは、「イチローズ モルトのダブルのハイボール(私)」 と 「ハートランド ビール(家内)」 で乾杯です、頂きましたのは次の通りです。

流石、彼女のお薦めのお鮨屋さんでした、つまみ類も握りも美味しかったし、特に、”香箱蟹の蒸し鮨” や ”のどぐろ丼” や ”三色丼” が良かった、”あん肝” と ”Henri Giraud Solera Ratafia de Champenois] の甘口ワイン” の組み合わせも素晴らしかった、他のお鮨屋さんにない楽しみ方が出来ました、また伺いたいです。
最初、ちょっと怖そうなご主人でしたが、お話をしているととても気さくな方で、初訪問の私達でもリラックスをして過ごすことが出来、愉しかったです、また伺いたいです、ありがとうございました。
