In recent times, various health foods have become a trend and are frequently featured in the media. Soba, however, has been a beloved natural food for the common people since the Edo period. At Kuruma..., we prioritize "healthy ingredients" and carefully select the best materials for our soba, as well as for the side dishes and sweets that accompany it, all while respecting seasonal flavors.
Our restaurant is housed in a 150-year-old traditional Japanese farmhouse that was relocated from Fukushima. Enjoy a blissful time in this space that embodies the rich culture of Japanese architecture, which has become quite rare today.
