友人宅から近くの蕎麦屋へ。
腹ペコだったのでとろろ、鴨せいろと2種類頂きました。
雰囲気、接客共に素晴らしかったのですが肝心の蕎麦が口にあいませんでした。鴨のつけ汁は美味しかったです。蕎麦の風味は良いですが茹でが緩めでコシがありませんでした。温かい蕎麦であればちょうどいいと思います。
もしまた再度訪問するようなことがあれば天ぷら等と一緒に温かい蕎麦を頂こうと思います。
