``Kasai'' is a restaurant run by chefs who have trained at famous restaurants such as ``TACUBO'' in Daikanyama. Based on the concept of "taking things for granted," we treat ingredients with sincerity every day. “Temperature and aroma” are important in conveying the deliciousness of the ingredients directly. Cook warm foods before they cool down, and cook herbs just before cooking to bring out their rich flavor.
