肉遊び
くにもとで肉遊び。前回来たときは飛び切りコースだったけど今回のメンバーはお金ある人たちだから最上級の別格コースにした。初めにコース外の牛たたきから…とっても美味しい。そして、別格ははやはり別格だった。ヒレなんか網の上で立っちゃう。食欲旺盛なおじさん3人なので、追加で切り落としまで頼んじゃった。
当店のドリンクは、ワイン飲みには少し寂しい品揃え。というかグラスワイン1種類だけ。しかし、それが潔いとも言える。メルロー主体で、お肉に合わないわけがない！もしかして、ワインの種類を増やしたらくにもとの魅力が損なわれるのかも知れない。ということで、くにもとに不満なし。
飛び切り美味しい
明日から体力仕事なので力をつけるため、大好きな焼肉くにもとへ。ファミリーが笑顔でお迎えしてこれるのが嬉しい。今回は飛び切りのコースを予約しておいた。そしてタン塩を追加。この店はお肉が主役だから肉へのリスペクトが大事。焼くのも真剣だ。炭に手をかざして温度を確認、そして焼き網をしっかり焼く。肉の投入タイミングは重要だ。時折網を回転させてどの肉にも均等に火が通るように配慮することも大事である。そういう手法を駆使するためには丸い七輪と上質なステンレスの網が欠かせない。おかげで赤肉を存分に堪能した。そして冷麺とクッパも。楽しかった。

Since I have heavy work to do tomorrow, I decided to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) to get my strength back... under the pretext of this pre-party. I went to my favourite Yakiniku (Grilled meat), Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Kunimoto in Hamamatsucho. The reason I chose the special course over the top-of-the-line course is because I always get to add salted tongue, which doesn't come with the regular course. I can't finish the special course. But even so, it's just too delicious. With meat this good, there's no room for error, so the griller is serious. He can't take his eyes off the meat even for a second. The staff keep a close eye on it, so they change the grill at the right time. Cooperation between the griller and the restaurant is important. It was great again this time.
