秋葉原の人気な蕎麦屋さんに初訪問。
隣の人気なラーメン屋さんは行列ですが、こちらはすんなり入れました。
鴨南蛮そば¥2000前後を頂きました。
蕎麦は風味豊かで舌触りも良くて美味しいですが、鴨のクオリティはもう少し頑張って欲しい、、、臭みがまだあって微妙。
美味しかったです。
