初めて伺ったのは高校か大学の頃。
まだ蕎麦屋といえば老舗ばかりで、新店は少ない時代に美味しくて新しい蕎麦屋さんとしてこちらがオープンしたての時だった。
それから定期的に通ってるけど、いつの間にか完全に老舗サイドのお店となっている。
鴨焼きにコハダ、天ぷら盛り合わせなど蕎麦前は古典的ではあるけどどれもきっちりと調理された逸品。
聞けばご主人が今も毎日豊洲市場に買い出しに行っているという、どうりで蕎麦屋のツマミの域を超えているのだと納得。
蕎麦も水分加減とコシがちょうど良く、さすが安定の味。
価格も毎日使いもできる位良心的で、いつまでも頑張ってほしいお店。
