私は焼肉が大好きではありませんが、恵比寿のこのお店で食べてみないと友達から言われます。到着したときは「高級レストラン」タイプのレストランになると思っていたのですが、実は東京の他の焼肉店と同じようです。
数分遅れましたが、スタッフはフレンドリーでした。テーブル全体で12,000円のメニューを選びました。たくさんの食べ物のようには見えませんでしたが、食事の終わりにはかなり満腹でした！
本当に美味しい和牛のカットがたくさんありますが、特に舌、シャトーブリアン、座布団を食べるのは本当に楽しかったです。一枚一枚スタッフが調理していて、調理に必要なスキルがとても高いのには驚きました！
一枚一枚完璧に調理されていて、本当に美味しかったです。キムチと野菜のおかずも楽しみました。各コースの合間に食べるのは良いおやつでした。生の牛肉のタルタルは少し甘すぎましたが、それでも食事はとても楽しかったです。
最後の驚きはかき氷でした！ 1つだけでなく2つ！それは夕食の良い結論でした。
