恵比寿の駅から歩いて4分ほど。
坂を上ったところ。
新潟の伝統料理と日本酒、旬が味わえ「おもてなし接客」も配慮しているお店。
姉妹店に上越やすだ 銀座二丁目店、新しく代々木八幡にTHE WASHIN by 上越やすだがある。
平日のお昼に予約して伺いました。
当サイトからも、お1人様からお昼の時間予約取れるのでありがたい。
以前、山の上のお店に行く途中で看板が気になって、やっと訪問できました。
夜はちょっぴり格式高そうなお店で、ドレスコードも設定されている。
おっと、短パンマンでしたが…大丈夫でした。ふー。セーフ。
店内に入ると薄暗い通路を抜け、広い空間。
オープンキッチンで、スタッフの方もビシッとカッコいい。
隅々まで綺麗に整っていて、キッチンに最新のスチームコンベクションオーブン。
おー。
ここは良さそうなお店だと空気で伝わる。
カウンター席の奥に通され着席。
なんか見覚えがある。
ドラマ「半沢直樹」の井川遥さんのお店だ！！
あのドラマ好きだな～。
録画は永久保存しております。
個室などもお洒落で大人の場所。
会食や接待などにも良いでしょうね。
冷たいお茶を飲みつつ、メニューを眺める。

流れるようなハ長調の旋律が耳をくすぐる。

とんかつ食べようとお店に来たのに、こちらに浮気♡
夏季限定＆数量限定に弱い。
ほどなくすると運ばれてくる。
シンプルながら美味そう。
お味噌汁からいただきます。
ワカメのお味噌汁。
味噌っかすも美味しい。
茶碗蒸しは、キノコでした。
器もかわいい。
そばはへぎ。
つゆは普通の。
ゴマダレも欲しかった。
喉越しよく、美味しいお蕎麦でした。
タレカツ丼。
こちらも新潟のB級グルメで大好物。
お肉はわらじが2枚。
サクッと柔らかく絶妙な火加減。
甘いタレが美味しい。
うん、からしとの相性も良かった。
美味しい。
香の物も良き。
最後にそば湯飲みたかったですが、ご用意がありませんでした。
そのかわり、あったかいお茶でチルアウト。
冬の限定も気になる。

いや味噌とカニかなー
雰囲気いいので夜は予約必須でしょうね。
ちょっと坂がキツいが大切な人と訪れたい、板前割烹。
