Food Oven-grilled Steak with a sensual taste, grilled with expert skill.
The meat used is "sirloin" and "fillet", which are the highest quality parts of Kobe beef. The highest quality meat, carefully selected and auctioned off, is aged for several weeks to bring out its maximum flavor before being grilled. The custom-made kiln has a strong presence and has a metal door installed to prevent the high heat of the Kishu Bincho charcoal from escaping. Steak are skillfully grilled by a chef with an in-depth knowledge of meat, delivering a sensual flavor that will remain in your memory.

IDEA Ginza is located on the 7th floor of the Second Shinbashi Kaikan, facing the main street of Ginza, the food capital. As soon as you step inside, you will find yourself in a calm space far from the hustle and bustle. The floor, with round porthole-like windows reminiscent of a passenger ship, has a total of 18 seats and fully private rooms for 2 to 8 people. The fragrant aroma of grilled meat whets the appetite, creating an attractive space full of anticipation and excitement for guests.
