目と舌で季節を味わえる和食って、いいですね。特に秋。そんな一年で一番いい季節にお邪魔するのにぴったりのお店でした。
お店はオープンキッチン形式のカウンターに半個室のテーブル席が複数あり、黒を基調にしたシックな雰囲気の中に銀座っぽい華やかさと高級感があります。
なのに、板長さんをはじめ、スタッフの方々はにこやかで親切、丁寧。客に気を遣わせないような接客ぶりで、とても居心地がいい。アウエー感を持たずに済みます。銀座だからこそ、うれしい気配りですね。
木金土祝限定のお昼のコースは６８００円と９７２０円の２種類で、９７２０円の方を予約しておきました。スタートからすごい。香ばしくふわふわのうなぎに続き、いくらの醬油漬けのお寿司とわら焼きのかつお、鱧と松茸といった３種。栗のスープの後は、太刀魚かと思うほど立派な秋刀魚の塩焼き。塩加減が抜群です。
和牛のしゃぶしゃぶときて、松茸と栗の炊き込みごはん。デザートは柿。最後は抹茶。旬が満載です。
瓶ビールで乾杯した後に、日本酒の新政、飛露喜を１合ずつ。一人当たり約１万３０００円。
