On this day, I had a small luxury dinner with my colleagues! I was curious about it because there are several restaurant in Tokyo and in adult cities such as Ginza, Nishi-Azabu, and Akasaka. It's still cold, so I want to eat something hot, and the "dashi shabu" looks delicious! I made a reservation. There is a curtain at the entrance, and when you go down to the basement, a second curtain appears! The inside of the store is a system where you take off your shoes and go up. All the seats were completely private rooms, so I felt like I was being treated tremendously! lol I ordered a course for 11500 yen. The drink is recommended for this course, Sato's black with soda. ◆ Hofu Raw Untan ◆ Ebi Matsumae Sushi ◆ Hina Arare Hofu is chewy and delicious! Bubble tea It seems to contain powder. The broth on it has a gentle taste and is perfect for starters. My favorite shrimp Sushi! On this day, Hina Hail appeared because the Hinamatsuri was near. The plum blossoms also felt spring a little earlier. ◆ Made-up sea bream, prawns, and salmon The plump prawns were the best. It comes in a bowl made of oranges, and it is properly removed from the skin, so of course you can eat it. ◆ Dashi shabu Omi beef sirloin and the finest black pork from Kagoshima Prefecture. Of course, I like pork, but I like beef shabu a lot! And Mr./Ms. vegetables, mushrooms, my favorite raw noodles, red konjac, and maloney! The first vegetables are all put in by the clerk Mr./Ms.. This broth is very delicious and relievable. I also like shabu shabu with ponzu sauce and sesame sauce, but I think this is my favorite way to eat it. Plenty of green onions are free to refill! It is delicious to eat green onions dipped in broth wrapped in meat! I was amazed at the bamboo colander and the paper pot! The iron plate at the bottom allows the heat to pass through. It's stylish, and you don't have to worry about getting burned by touching the pot. ◆ Abalone soft boiled red turnip Tosa vinegar jelly A pleasant refreshing feeling after eating meat. Abalone has a good taste, and although it is soft, it is also chewy. ◆ Raw soba noodles Mr./Ms. are boiled in a pot with meat and vegetable broth. When the sand in the hourglass is gone, it's done! The soba noodles at the end feel healthy and I don't feel guilty! Lol ◆ Sasafu Manju When I go to Kyoto, I always eat a noodle bun. It's nice to be able to eat here! The chewy raw bean paste with just the right amount of sweetness is delicious. I might like bamboo dumplings and rice dumplings, and things wrapped in bamboo. It is a restaurant where you can enjoy the elegant cuisine of Kyoto in the middle of Tokyo. Since it is a completely private room, you will not see other customers Mr./Ms.. Recommended for entertainment! The price starts at about 6,000 yen for the course, so you can feel luxurious without straining your shoulders and elbows.
