妻の誕生日に利用しました。
受付で思っていたよりもフレンドリーな対応されているところが逆に好印象です。
車で来ていたのでファーストドリンクはアルコールは避けようと妻と話していたところ、それを察したのかノンアルコールのものをスムーズに勧めていただいた点も非常に心地よいサービスでした。
料理はほんとうに久しぶりに全てのコースどれも美味しくいただけました。他のレストランですと大体メインコースあたりでいつも「こうすればもっと美味しくなるのに」という点が必ず出てくるのですが、ここでは隙がありません。不必要な味、足りない味はなく、絶妙なバランスの上に成り立っています。
逆に、三つ星レベルになると一口入れるとどこか全く別の世界にワープするような感動と錯覚を覚えるのですが、それは今回ほとんど無かったですが、それを常に期待するのは贅沢なことです。(最後のコーヒーと共に出される3種類のお菓子のうちチョコレートのものを食べたときにこの感覚はありました。残念なことにこれだけ写真を撮り忘れました・・)
素直に美味しいと思えるもの、行き届いたサービスがこのお値段でいただけてしまうのだから非常に貴重なお店です。
大事な時間を過ごすのに最適でした。
