銀座 奥田。割烹。銀座。
並木通り沿いのビルの地下にある。石畳で水打ちされたエントランス。銀座とは思えない。店内も落ち着いた和のたたずまいでとてもよい。カウンターが空いておらず、靴を脱いで上がる個室に通された。静謐で素晴らしい空間。
ランチの13000円程度のコースをいただいた（税・サービス料12％を入れると15000円ちょっと）。
20種類ほどの春野菜と平貝のお浸し
えびしんじょの椀物、しいたけ、ヨモギ麩
アオリイカ、シマアジ、ボタンエビのおつくり
サクラマスの焼き物、焼タケノコ、のびる
飯蛸の炊き合わせ
グリンピースと白魚の炊き込みご飯、みそ汁、香の物
いちごのあんみつ
どれもとてもおいしかった。出汁が秀逸。春らしい季節感満の料理もうれしい。
椀物はしんじょのふわふわで香りが良く絶品。吸地もうまみが凝縮しており、鼻に抜ける後味がとてもよい。前菜の春野菜の香りと食感、サクラマスの脂の甘さと皮目の焼き加減、飯蛸の肉を食べているような弾力、アオリイカの包丁の入れ方など、印象に残る料理。
接客もとても丁寧。最後は店主が見送ってくれる。
