春野菜のシャキッとしたフレッシュさとソースがとても合う。
ソースセザールがとても美味しいです。

蕪のエチュべとポロ葱のヴルーテ
やはりソースが決めてか、蕪と葱のヴルーテが美味しく、
白菜、真鱈の淡白な食材の美味しさをさらに引き上げていく感じ。美味しい。
