中央通り沿いの銀座7丁目。
GINZA GREENビルの4階にお店が入っている。
こちらのビルは基本的に1フロアーに1店舗となっているようだ。
少し奥にあるエレベーターで4階に上がると
いきなりお店の入口が現れる。
店内は奥に向かって細長い造りで
カウンター席、テーブル席、個室等の客席になっている。
柔らかな光に包まれた上品で落ち着いた雰囲気が流れている。
メニューは、夜はコース料理、アラカルト料理等で豊富に揃っているが
ランチタイムは蕎麦と丼物のセットメニューが三つ、天ぷらせいろ
もり蕎麦、かけ蕎麦 等に絞られている。
今回は大海老と舞茸の天せいろをいただいた。
蕎麦は自家製粉だが機械打ちと思われるもので
細打ちで綺麗に整っている。
並粉を使っていて割りは二八程度だろうか。しっかりと繋がっている。
玄蕎麦は北海道産とのこと。
香りは淡いが、風味はまずまずだった。
機械打ちにありがちな密度の濃い固めの蕎麦では無く
適度に空気を含んだ舌触りの良い蕎麦に仕上がっていた。
天ぷらは。海老の火入れが絶妙でさすがという仕上がり。
美味しくいただいた。
ちなみに、蕎麦と天ぷらの他に茶碗蒸しも付いたこちらのセットは
通常1680円だが、知り合いにPR用のカードを4枚配ると1100円に割引される。
面白いシステムだ。
