東京出張時に得意先の役員と一緒にこちらのお店に伺いました。
銀座にある和食のお店です。カウンターに案内され、左右を見ると明らかに同伴だと思われる女性と男性のカップルです。場所柄そういう使い方をされることが多いのだと思います。
オジサンの２人組みは逆に目立ちそうです。
「玄」のコース(7,200円)をお願いして、飲み物は白穂乃香を注文しました。
僕は初めて飲むビールですがとてもまろやかで飲みやすいビールです。
前菜に続いてお造りはヒラメ、マグロ、ブリの３種。脂がのっています。
神威豚（カムイトン）のみぞれ鍋は豚とは思えぬ甘さがあります。
煮物は海老芋饅頭。上品な味付けで美味しい一品です。
焼き物は甘鯛です。昆布の旨味で美味しいのですが、ちょっと熱が通り過ぎているのが残念です。もう少しふっくらと焼かれていれば絶品の一品だと思います。
〆の食事はお蕎麦です。二八蕎麦、田舎蕎麦、銀蕎麦から選ぶことができ、二八蕎麦をお願いしました。お蕎麦も美味しいのですが、それ以上にダシが絶品でした。
デザートは蕎麦の実のワラビ餅でした。
