掛川駅から北に2.5kmほどの住宅街抜けたエリア、基本予約取らないお店で、日曜夕方カウンター含めほぼ満席、かき揚げせいろ天盛り付きオーダー。店主とお手伝いさん2オペで、相当に時間かかりそう、、やはり着丼まで50分かかりました、そばは太打ち、なめらかでモチっとしてます。天ぷらも自然な甘みで良かったです(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
