友人が「すごい店見つけた！」と興奮して連絡してきたので
それは是非行ってみたいという話になり、一緒に訪問。
既に常連と化している友人曰く「何度行ってもここはいいぞ」とのこと。
すごーく期待しつつ心斎橋へ。
日航ホテルの裏にお店はあります。
カウンターに座って先ずはビールで乾杯‥あ？！
今日は日本酒のペアリングか！って、なりましたけど、
おねえさん曰く「ペアリングには乾杯ビールがついてます」
とのこと‥なんて素晴らしいんだ。
こういうユーザー目線をしっかり持ってるお店は間違いなく良い！
ということで、ここから怒涛のようにお料理と日本酒がでてきます。
序盤は蕪～蟹～河豚という流れ。うん、うまい。
日本酒は料理ごとに注いでもらえますが、おねえさんは銘柄を言うだけ。
こっちは日本酒はあんまり分からないんで、可能なら産地とか特徴とか教えて欲しいのですが
そこまで求めるのは酷か‥こちらのおねえさんは綺麗な人ばっかりだからまあいいか笑
次に出てきたのが、熊肉のお吸い物（！）
ええ？ここでキワモノか？！とか思ったけど全然癖がないどころか超うまい。
こんなの初めて食べました。
サワラ＋根パセリのジュレ～えびいも～煮穴子のクレソン巻き
と続き、これも各々に合う日本酒を提供していただけるもんですから
もうこれはたまらんね。こちらの日本酒は当然すべて上質なものばかりだからなのか
全然酔わない（これは個人的資質かｗ）
最後にステーキが出て穴子の炊き込みご飯で〆
品数はとても多いですがこちらもちょうどいい満腹感です。
（まあこれもデブ的資質かww）
デザートまでいただいて終了です。
いや、しかしこれでひとり1.5万て！
まさに神コスパとはこのこと。
安いだけじゃなくてクオリティも高い。
これは流行りますわ。
