予約は完全予約制になり新規予約不可のため予約困難になります。
本日は尊敬する偉大な美食家であ「pateknautilus40:神様」にお誘いしていただき訪問することができました。

営業は1日ディナー2回転になります。
アクセスは心斎橋駅の6番出口から徒歩6分の脇道にお店があります。
この通りには他にも「もめん」「ひで」さんがある名店ひしめくグルメ街道になります。
店内はL字型のカウンター6席になります。
料理内容はおまかせ1本の一斉スタートになります。
店名は香川県にある高校の名前が由来になっており、店主は野球部として活躍した経歴をお持ちになります。
コースは一品目のマグロのつまみから始まりとても美味しく期待が膨らみます。
どのつまみもにぎりも鮮魚の持ち味を極限まで引き出されており美味しくいただけます。
白酢で切り混ぜるシャリはネタと一体となる極上のにぎりがいただけます。
