大阪北新地にあるお寿司屋さん
すし処おとわ北新地本通り店に行ってきました。
カウンターに座りましたが、板前さんのおすすめを頼みました。
白子のポンス、お寿司はタイ、ウナギの白焼き、これはすだちを絞り、モロキューと一緒に食べるのですが、本当に合います。
他にイカ、タコ、カンパチと頼みましたが、ネタが結構いいものを使っていて、さすが新地ですね。
最後の〆は茶碗蒸し。お寿司屋さんにいくと必ず茶碗蒸しを頼むのですが、ここの茶碗蒸しは出汁がよく効いていて、本当におすすめ！
