恩納村冨着、国道58号沿い。リゾートホテル群に囲まれた場所にポツンとあるハンバーガー屋さん。
オープンして10年になるようですが、初めて存在を知り、ランチで利用してみました。
外観はポップで、手作り感のある庶民的な雰囲気。
基本コンセプトはハワイアンなのかな？全体的にかわいらしい感じのする若者向けの内装。
店内はこじんまりとしていて20席ぐらいで、現在はご時世的にテイクアウトが中心かな。
場所が場所なので、お客さんは観光客がほとんど。私がいた時には他に、外国人のお客さんが1組いました。
10年前と言えば、沖縄に”グルメバーガー”屋さんが出来始めた時期だったと思います。
だからか、”パティ”の他「チーズ」「ベーコン」等を駆使した、定番のラインナップ。
「テリヤキ」「BLT」あたりがあるのも、おじさんにも受け入れやすい。
そんな中から「アボカドチーズバーガー」（税別 1180円）を注文。
”ソース”が、”和風”か”メキシカン”で選べたので、”メキシカン”を選択しました。
下から「レタス」「パティ」「チーズ」「アボカド」で構成された、縦に高い「ハンバーガー」。
メインである粗びきの”パティ”よりも、「アボカド」「レタス」の割合が多く感じます。
お味の方は、個性のある具材たちを、ピリ辛の”メキシカンソース”がうまくまとめてくれてますが、もっと”パティ”が主張してもらいたいかな。
あと、添え付けの「ポテト」が若干スパイシーな味がしたのが、個人的にはポイント高かったです。
以前は沖縄観光で「ハンバーガー」っていうのは、あまりイメージが無かったですが、今では結構定着してきている。
そのハシリとしても、すっかり定着していると思うし、今後も観光客に愛される存在であって欲しいです。
