・Honki Shoga (serious ginger)
When you actually take a bite, a gentle milk-based sweetness spreads across your mouth at first, but it is soon followed by the crisp heat of ginger from behind. The balance is striking, yet somehow a clean savory taste lingers in the finish.

・Honki Shoga (serious ginger)
The ginger syrup has a slight kick, just like the name suggests, making it a seriously bold ginger flavor. The sweetness of the cream and the texture of the pulpy lemon add plenty of flavor and texture accents, so it never gets boring. I was impressed by how well they pulled together the tricky combination of ginger and kakigori (shaved ice).

氷室秋冬

• Nara-zuke (pickled melon) and kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup) kinako (roasted soybean flour) shaved ice
The Nara-zuke had the usual kind of flavor, but I kept eating the sweeter parts and then going back to the Nara-zuke and thinking, wow, salty, over and over. The Nara-zuke inside, on the other hand, was dressed with mirin and had just the right flavor. It tasted great together with the anko (sweet red bean paste).

I visited after hearing there was a place where you can eat kakigori (shaved ice) even at night. The kakigori was bigger than I expected, and it was just the right size for two people to share.

The dishes featuring wild boar, venison, and beef were also very good. We were surprised by the size of the kakigori (shaved ice) for dessert, but we shared it and left Manzoku. Thank you very much♪

・Rich matcha and kokuto (brown sugar) cream shaved ice
They repeatedly shaved the ice and poured on the matcha sauce, so there was hardly any part without matcha even while eating it. The kokuto cream also worked really well and made it amazing!!

・Sansho (Japanese pepper) hojicha (roasted green tea) caramel
I ordered the sansho hojicha caramel! The sweetness of the caramel, the roasted aroma of the hojicha, and the numbing kick of the sansho go perfectly together! Tsukisome's portions are on the smaller side and the flavors are often light, so it's easy to finish in no time!

・Kasama-produced 2 kinds of waguri (Japanese chestnut) mont blanc
The 1mm-fine mont blanc paste had an elegant, rich taste that let the chestnut flavor come through directly, and it was so good~. And I was surprised to find chunky pieces of chestnut even inside the shaved ice! It’s seriously full of chestnuts.
