I only gave the bartender my basic preferences and left the rest entirely up to Omakase. Every drink was very good, and the lineup felt like it really captured my mood.

Half Tanqueray and half Wild Turkey, please. Don’t stir it, and I’ll have it on the rocks style. A delicious cocktail with a burai (outlaw) feel.

I was thinking of getting a gin and tonic, but the bartender recommended having it with soda so I could better appreciate its unique flavor, so I went with that. It was crisp and delicious〜

There was a wide selection of brandy, and when I had trouble deciding, the staff gave me a detailed explanation, which I really appreciated. Also, even though it was a cold day with sleet outside, the restaurant was kept warm inside, so even when I ordered the brandy on the rocks, the first sip did not feel cold, which was great.

At a well-known tequila and rum bar in Kochi, I had some great food. I somehow thought they specialized in fruit cocktails, but that does not seem to be the case. Their selection of tequila and rum is excellent.

Unusually, this is a tequila specialty bar. The interior is quite spacious, but the soft lighting keeps it calm, and you can also enjoy the view.

I ordered a suisho-buntan (crystal pomelo) rum cocktail! Maybe because it was a weekday, there were only about 5 people in the place, so I could relax and take it easy! It’s nice that you can enjoy ingredients from Kochi Prefecture here!
