A very lovely bar. Even the way they pour the champagne changes the feel of the bubbles. The Moscow Mule was also very good, made with house-made ginger syrup. Finally, the coffee had a very smooth bitterness with no harsh off notes, and I was very satisfied... I’d like to stop by again when I come to Kanazawa (Kanazawa) next time.

I was visiting from Tokyo, so I was quietly having a drink so as not to get in the way, but the owner offered us a few extras and kindly checked in on us, which instantly put us at ease.
