makoron22

The pasta that day was a rich combo of cod, soft roe, and canola flower. When mixed with the yuzukosho (yuzu pepper paste) on top at the end, it added a bright, spicy kick that made it even better✨It had good volume and Manzoku too, and for this content at this price, the value was great◎It was a lovely restaurant that worked well for a smart casual adult meal!

The pasta was delicious, and the main dishes were all excellent, from the meat dish made with Hungarian pork to the kué (longtooth grouper) fish dish. The Homemade focaccia was also very good, and so was the peach vanilla gelato for dessert. The list could go on and on. Anyway, thank you very much for such a wonderful dinner.

This time, the goal was to have the white truffle pasta. It had a rich aroma, and I could enjoy it in a simple way. I was very satisfied and Manzoku. The wine was also good, and it made for a lovely time. This is a restaurant I always love for its consistently delicious food.

This trattoria has a great atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in Italy. The wine list features many Italian wines that are hard to find even locally. I had already had a light meal before going, so this time I only had some wine and pasta, but I definitely want to come back.

The sixth dish, pasta with truffle and poruchini (porcini mushrooms), already had a lovely aroma on its own, but when they shaved extra truffle over it right at the table, the fragrance got even stronger! I was already fairly full by the final dish, but it still whetted my appetite.

I had two kinds of pasta! The pasta with asari (short-neck clams) and wild asparagus. The creamy texture of the asparagus and the harmony with the asari. The pasta with veal ragu and truffle. The rich flavor of the meat really came through, and it was great!

Foodie’s

The Appetizers were each nice and large, which somehow made me happy! Everything was so delicious it made me grin, but the ama-kabu (sweet turnip) mousse and uni (sea urchin) were especially outstanding. The pasta and risotto were also great, with the noodles and rice cooked to just the right firmness, nice bite, and lots of flavor.

The springy flesh of the Japanese pufferfish and the strong sweetness of Kurihara-negi are brought together by the fragrant house-made noodles made with Ukiha-komugi (Ukiha wheat). The aroma of truffle makes the delicate dashi of the Japanese pufferfish feel even more luxurious. The truffle aroma bursts out with every bite.

おみゆグルメ

This ristorante is so quiet you would hardly think it was inside a commercial complex, with a refined atmosphere. The food is built around classic Italian cuisine, with a well structured progression from Appetizers and pasta to the main dish and dolce (dessert). It strikes a pleasant balance, never too classic, but never too casual either.

Every dish was very good. The pasta was not heavy, and the pizza had a thin crust that made it very easy to eat. The meat was so tender it almost fell apart, and it was delicious. We visited for a Special celebration, and it is the kind of place that makes us want to come back for another Special day. The staff were also very kind and made us feel happy. It was a lovely restaurant with a hideaway feel.

REONレオン

The Appetizers were four items: tomato and cheese caprese, Sea Bream sashimi, an octopus and okra dressed dish, and ham. The pasta was hotaruika (firefly squid) and mushroom pasta. The flat noodles were tasty. Also, the fish dish in the style of crispy Sea Bream scales was delicious and paired perfectly with the acidity of the Riesling. Everything was good, and I was Manzoku with the sweets and espresso to finish.

HavingTory

A Japanese style pasta made with plenty of bacon and negi (Japanese leek). The rich flavor of the bacon, browned until fragrant, blends perfectly with the crisp taste of the negi, creating a simple yet deep flavor. The aroma of nori (seaweed) and sesame adds a nice accent, making it light yet still full of richness. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce coated the noodles well, so I enjoyed it all the way to the last bite.

I ordered the pasta with hotate (scallops) and mushrooms in mentsuyu (Japanese noodle soup base) butter. It was a Japanese style pasta with just the right amount of butter to whet the appetite. The noodles had a nice bite and a chewy texture, and they were delicious. The mentaiko (pollock roe) baguette was topped with so much mentaiko it was almost overflowing, and the salty taste was great. They have a wide variety of pasta options, and next time I’d like to try a different flavor!

The Appetizers were all delicious, and the shrimp and scallop pasta was excellent, with plump, springy shrimp! It paired perfectly with white wine. The squid ink bread was also tasty, with just the right amount of salt. The dessert came decorated on a plate, which was lovely, and the pudding was a rich, firm style just the way I like it. It was a great value lunch that left me in total Manzoku!
