After graduating from culinary school, Yoshiyama trained in Italy. After returning to Japan and working as the head chef at Osteria Inizio, he opened Perqueno. Meat, fish, and vegetables are mainly purchased in season. They are both trustworthy businesses that we have known for a long time. Recommended dish is ``Trofie with squid, broccoli, and homemade karasumi.'' We have special dishes such as pasta and tagliolini made by hand in our shop. Please feel free to use it anytime, such as after work◎

We offer a wide range of wines, including red, white, sparkling, and rosé, which are tasted and purchased by the chef himself. We mainly stock Italian products. You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere with white tablecloths. A 10% room charge will be applied, but private rooms are available only for the 12,000 yen course. reserved are available for up to 20 people. Although it is an authentic Italian Cuisine restaurant, please feel free to come and visit us as if you were just visiting. The restaurant is scheduled to be renovated in the new year, creating a more casual space with new counter seating, making it a great place for dates, quick lunches, and even solo dining. Look forward to it♪
