The staff serves everything with care, so even first time visitors can enjoy it with ease.

The "Yaki-shabu Ju (grilled shabu-shabu rice box)" is said to be perfect when you want to enjoy a slightly indulgent lunch.

It comes with a generous assortment of meat with just the right amount of marbling, and the sweet-savory seasoning is so good that it pairs perfectly with the rice. Refills of aka-dashi (red miso soup) and rice are free.

It was a sukiyaki course. For the first round, the chef stayed with us and took care of everything, so the meat was cooked to the best doneness. For the second round, they let our family handle it however we liked, so we had a great time without feeling too formal!

A Private room happened to be available, so I used it. It was a very calm space, and I could relax and talk without worrying about the people around me. I had the sukiyaki-ju (sukiyaki rice box) with an egg added. The mild sweetness and soy sauce went well together, and it was very good.

From the first chawanmushi (savory egg custard), everything was delicious. The meat was of course tender and really tasty. It had been a while since I last had sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot), but Surprising(^^) I could eat quite a lot.

・Sai Tenshin
They serve delicious washoku (Japanese cuisine), and the rice is Shinnosuke from Niigata. It was great to get a sense of different sides of Niigata through the variety of small kobachi (side dishes). And rice refills are free. Of course, I got another serving. The location, atmosphere, and value were all excellent.

・Aburi Wagyu (seared Wagyu) sashimi with tororo & sukiyaki jubako Premium
The sweetness of the warishita sauce and the rich flavor of the Wagyu are a perfect match, creating classic good taste that makes it hard to stop eating the white rice. The charm of this jubako is that you can enjoy two kinds of appeal at once: the delicate marbling of the sashimi and the bold flavor of the sukiyaki.

Sukiyaki made with A5-ranked meat so fresh it can even be eaten raw. It tastes great when cooked medium-rare and finished with sudachi (Japanese citrus). It was my first time trying it with sudachi, and the pairing was excellent. The egg is also a rare, carefully selected Araucana egg with a blue shell, and the rich yolk was delicious too.

• Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Teppan-yaki sukiyaki
The sukiyaki came with lightly grilled beef on an iron plate, finished with warishita sauce poured over it. The sweet and savory warishita sauce coated the thin slices of beef well, and it went great with the raw egg. The rice paired really well with the sukiyaki, and I kept eating more of it.

You can choose from three sauces, and I went with garlic. The steak was tender and went well with the garlic sauce, so good! It really goes great with rice! The rice was good too! The miso soup was a bit salty, but I personally liked it! The vegetables were bean sprouts, carrots, and green beans, and the carrots were big and sweet! It was delicious.

The “Butasute Gozen set” is a popular menu item that lets you enjoy both the “special beef plate” and the “special croquette.”

The beef plate, made with sliced lean beef and onions seasoned with a rich flavor, goes perfectly with white rice. It has just the right volume and is said to be very satisfying.

sinmantky

The staff skillfully cook the sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot) right at your table. It follows a Kansai-style approach, starting with the meat first, then moving on to the negi (Japanese leek), tofu, and shirataki (konjac noodles). The quality of the meat is very good, and although the Wagyu fat is rich, it is not heavy. The more you chew, the more flavor spreads, making it highly satisfying.

The aroma of ginger. Warmth.

At Shoga no Kaori. Dan, you can enjoy sukiyaki made with Saga Wagyu and ginger shabu-shabu with Domestic pork.

The interior has a stylish space with a Japanese taste, with a good balance of counter and table seating. The aroma of ginger fills the air, and even first-time visitors can relax and feel comfortable.

The "Saga Kuroge Wagyu (Saga black-haired Wagyu) sukiyaki" is made Kansai style, first grilling the meat with coarse sugar before adding the warishita sauce.

The sweet, melt-in-your-mouth "Saga-gyu (Saga beef)" has an excellent balance of marbling and lean meat, and its flavor stands out even more when paired with the rich coarse sugar. They also say the smooth texture the moment it is dipped in egg and the light finish are outstanding.

The “Domestic pork and lettuce ginger shabu-shabu two-color Hot Pot” is a popular menu item that some people visit specifically to enjoy.

There are two kinds of soup: the signature Ganso Ougon Soup and the house-made ginger huoguo soup, so you can enjoy both rich flavor and a spicy kick at once. To finish, the rice porridge is said to be excellent.

孤高のグルメライフ

• Saga Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) sukiyaki
The warishita (sukiyaki broth) is on the sweet side. The richness of the zarame (coarse sugar) slowly comes through. Sweet... but not heavy. If anything, it brings out the flavor of the meat. Dip it in egg. The moment it hits your mouth, the sweetness of the Saga beef spreads, and then the aftertaste of the warishita quietly lingers. It is a nice balance. Very nice.

Ginza Kamishiro

Ginza Kamishiro is a Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor of the Ginza Optica Building, where you can enjoy top quality shabu-shabu and excellent sukiyaki.

Inside, softly colored lighting creates a calm mood, and there are leather sofa seats and Semi-private room seating, so you can relax and unwind. Its convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from Yurakucho Station, is another plus.

The "Superb Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) Sukiyaki" is a well known dish that people say becomes addictive after just one bite.

They simmer root vegetables such as burdock in warishita sauce, then add shiitake mushrooms and negi (Japanese long onion). Once everything turns tender, they recommend wrapping it with the meat before eating. If you want more meat, you can add extra for an additional charge.

Alongside sukiyaki, the "Gokujo Matsuzaka-buta (premium Matsuzaka pork) shabu-shabu" is also hugely popular!

The "Matsuzaka-buta" is beautifully arranged as if wrapping the vegetables, and when swished through the dashi broth, the extra fat melts away so you can enjoy it with a light taste. It comes with negi ponzu and nira sujoyu, and alternating between the two makes it impossible to stop eating, apparently.

yoshi920585

They recommend first simmering root vegetables like gobo (burdock root) in warishita (sukiyaki sauce), then adding shiitake (shiitake mushrooms) and negi (Japanese leek), and once everything softens, wrapping them with the meat before eating.
