The interior of Yakiniku Kuushin is a calm, modern space unified in chic tones.

It has tables with built-in grills, counter seats, and Semi-private room seating, so you can use it for different group sizes and occasions.

What you can enjoy here is Special branded beef selected from around Japan. They use female Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), which is said to have high quality fat and deep flavor.

They also offer rare cuts such as tongue and Outside skirt.

Yakiniku is also well known for its Horumon, or organ meats, with different textures and flavors depending on the cut. They serve fresh Horumon that has been carefully prepared.

Along with the high quality Yakiniku and other dishes, it is also recommended to enjoy Japanese sake or natural wine.

心斎橋梅男

This Yakiniku restaurant is by the east exit of Omiya Station! The restaurant has an upscale feel and a calm atmosphere. I ordered a set, and it felt like the kind of Yakiniku place where you take your time and enjoy each bite, with refined flavors. The quality of all the meat was good, and the fat on the kalbi was especially juicy and delicious!

The middle cut of the Beef Tongue has a nice bite while staying moist inside. It is lightly seasoned with shio-koji (salted rice malt), and the more you chew, the more its gentle sweetness from the shio-koji and the rich savory flavor and depth of the Beef Tongue spread across your palate. A squeeze of lemon adds a fresh tang that keeps it light and tasty.

The carefully cut meat was delicious. I had the Manpuku course, and I was very satisfied with the portion as well. I was especially impressed by the salted meat, which was simple but really let me enjoy the meat’s natural flavor! The staff also had a great vibe, and it was nice to see that they seemed to enjoy their work.

The Manpuku assortment also had plenty of volume, which was great. And above all, the meat was delicious! The shio-yakiniku (salt-seasoned grilled meat) was best enjoyed just as it was, and I could really taste the meat's flavor.

Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Itto-gai (whole animal purchasing) Honkaku Wagyu Yakiniku Private room Seikoen Omiya Ten is a Yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy high quality Domestic kuroge Wagyu of A5 and A4 rank. It seems the subdued lighting creates a calm atmosphere.

If you want to enjoy not just beef but a wider variety of meats, the “Kazoku-mori Oozara” is also recommended, with chicken, pork, Horumon, and more.

Y_gourmet

First of all, what I really wanted to enjoy thick-cut was the Hanasaki Atsugiri Shin Tan (thick-cut premium beef tongue). What arrived was three thick slices of tongue with beautiful, careful knife work. It had exactly the thickness I was hoping for, and with every bite I got juicy meat juices and the rich texture that only thick-cut meat can offer. If you come here, choosing the thick-cut option is definitely the right call.

Next was the kalbi (short rib). Just look at this beautiful marbling! Once it hits the grill, the fat slowly melts out, and in your mouth it has an almost melt-in-your-mouth texture. It goes perfectly with the sauce, and it really makes you want a bowl of white rice. The Horumon selection is also extensive. The liver has sharp Kaku, so you can tell at a glance how fresh it is. It has no off notes at all, and only a rich, deep flavor spreads across your palate.

The signature salted Horumon has a plump, springy texture, yet a melt-in-your-mouth taste. Dipping it in the ponzu sauce served on the side made for a clean finish. Sazae-san, served with spicy miso, has a firm bite, and the more you chew, the more flavor comes out. The spicy miso nicely brought out the rich taste of the Horumon, making it a great match.

This is a very popular Yakiniku restaurant in Omiya. This time, we first had their specialty, addictive sansho pepper miso Horumon, and then the A5 Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) "5-cut beef Yakiniku assortment"! No matter how many times we come back and eat here, it is always great!! The Horumon goes down your throat before you even have time to chew, and the Kuroge Wagyu is so tender it melts in your mouth!

I visited on Saturday night with a reservation. First, I ordered the restaurant's signature addictive sansho pepper miso Horumon. The pieces were so large I had never seen anything like them, and they were very satisfying to eat. If you like Horumon, I think this is a must order. I also had the five-cut beef assortment. ・Kuri
"Kuri" is a cut from the shoulder to the foreleg area (around the underside of the shoulder blade). It is especially tender for a lean cut, with fine meat fibers. It is low in fat, but has rich umami and depth of flavor, which become even more pronounced with aging. It stays tender even when grilled, and the moist texture on the tongue is excellent. This is a must-try for anyone who loves lean meat!

The main Strip loin was cooked just right, and I was satisfied with its sweetness and tenderness. The beef Cheek meat was meltingly tender, and its rich flavor stood out. The seafood assortment was notably fresh, and every item was delicious. The kyoho-shu (Kyoho grape liqueur) was fruity and easy to drink, and it paired well with the food too! Two of us had the Special set, and it was just the right amount to leave us feeling Manpuku, which was great. Every cut of meat was tender, sweet, and delicious, and it was the best. We also had oi-kimchi (cucumber kimchi), salad, and reimen (cold noodles), and they were light and refreshing, making a nice palate cleanser. For dessert, we had ice cream too, including coconut and whole satsumaimo (sweet potato) ice cream, and both were sweet and very tasty.

This restaurant stands out for its lively atmosphere and excellent Horumon. The fresh Horumon has no off notes, and the more you chew, the more flavor comes through. It goes especially well with the miso tare (miso-based sauce), and makes both rice and drinks go down easy. The nice smoky aroma from grilling over charcoal is also great, making it perfect for having a fun time with friends. The staff were cheerful and kind, and I had a very pleasant meal. This is a Yakiniku restaurant that makes you want to come back.

Osaka Yakiniku・Horumon Futago Omiya Ten

Osaka Yakiniku・Horumon Futago Omiya Ten is the Omiya branch of a Yakiniku chain with locations in Saitama as well as Tokyo, Osaka, and other areas. It is said to be just right when you are in the mood to casually enjoy good Yakiniku.

Gas stoves are set into the tables, giving the place a nostalgic atmosphere.

The carefully prepared Horumon is popular at this restaurant. You can enjoy fresh Horumon as A la carte, in an assortment, or as part of a course.

One of the most popular items is the “Futago assortment,” which comes with several kinds of Horumon on one plate, including hoso (small intestine) with salt and the legendary Outside skirt.

On the menu, there is the "Hamidetai Harami," just as the name suggests, featuring a big piece of Outside skirt, as well as the "Wagyu Roast Seared with Ponzu," which is said to be light and easy to enjoy.

For some menu items, the staff grill them for you. That means you can enjoy them without missing the best moment to eat them.

The restaurant had a lively atmosphere, but we could still take our time and enjoy the meal. The first thing that surprised us was the high quality of the meat! Above all, the kalbi (short rib) was excellent! The kalbi, grilled slowly and carefully, had an irresistible savory aroma and was full of juicy flavor. It is sure to go perfectly with rice.

Just about a 1-minute walk from the East Exit of Omiya Station, 0-byo Lemon Sour Sendai Horumon Yakiniku Sakaba Tokiwa-tei Omiya Ten is in an easy-to-reach location and is known for great value with its Yakiniku and Horumon All you can eat and All you can drink options.

Each seat comes with its own lemon sour server, and for JPY550 you can enjoy All you can drink lemon sours for 1 hour.

The signature dish is “Sendai Shio Horumon,” a mix of Domestic pork small intestine, large intestine, and gatsu (pork stomach), with a nice range of textures. It is seasoned with garlic and a special salted spice sauce, and seems great to enjoy with a drink.

The Horumon menu comes with several seasoning options, including spicy miso and salt lemon.

They also offer a wide range of Yakiniku menu items beyond Horumon. One option is the "Nikkai" Lemon Beef Tongue, made with a chunk of tongue root and sliced lemon tucked in between.

It is said to be surprisingly thick yet very tender, with a plump, bouncy texture.

You can choose the lemon sour from a range of flavored syrups, so you never get tired of it. Best of all, the All you can eat Horumon & pork Yakiniku is really good. You can flip the plump Horumon on the grill while enjoying beer and lemon sour. This is the perfect place for your first stop when you're hungry.. I think I'll make another reservation and visit again..

Since Horumon was the focus, I fully enjoyed the 90 minutes with Horumon and lemon sour. The Colon was especially great. It was melt-in-your-mouth, and the fat was sweet and tasty.
