The most popular curry on the menu is the "Chicken Vege." It comes with a crispy fried chicken leg, and the meat inside is said to be juicy.

You can also switch the fried chicken to a stewed chicken leg. Reviewers also praise the curry for its generous amount of lightly fried vegetables.

・Beef tendon veggie
Now for the soup curry, the nicely browned broccoli was amazingly fragrant and tasty...! I never thought the day would come when the word "superb" would come to mind for broccoli. The potato also felt packed with flavor. As you would expect from Hokkaido, every big, generous piece of vegetable was delicious! I was also happy that there was more beef tendon than I expected.

・Chicken Veggie
It looked darker and oilier than the soup curry I usually eat. I took a sip of the soup. The yakuzen (medicinal herbs) was nicely balanced without being too strong, and it was tasty. I found a really good place for the first time in a while while trying a new soup curry spot.

They kindly explained how to order, and I went with the miso flavor, chicken leg curry, spice level 3, with half-size mushroom tempura and broccoli as toppings! It was served on a stylish wooden plate, and the size made for a Surprising presentation too. I was very happy with the spicy curry with the aroma of miso, the juicy chicken simmered until tender, and the Large size vegetables!

This soup curry whets your appetite from the moment the aroma of the spices rises up. The soup has richness, yet the finish is light, so I enjoyed it all the way to the end without getting tired of it. Each vegetable is cut large, and the sweetness of the lightly fried vegetables was especially memorable. The meat was also so tender it fell apart, and it paired perfectly with the soup.

辛党サブリ

・Tandoori Chicken Curry
Even though the curry is this light and smooth, it still has rich depth and solid spice flavor, so it feels very satisfying. Best of all, the tandoori chicken is so good I almost want to eat a whole plate of just that alone... I like to believe the 15-grain rice is healthy enough to cancel out the calories, but anyway, this soup curry is light, refreshing, and highly satisfying, making it one of the top soup curries in Sapporo (Sapporo)!

r.aaa536

In Sapporo, where soup curry is the norm, this is a rare place where you can eat naan curry. The inside has the classic atmosphere of an Indian curry shop. I ordered the Combo Curry Set, and chose chicken and lamb for the curries. I changed the naan to cheese naan. The naan was so big it hung over the edge of the plate, but it was so good that I finished it in no time. The amount of curry was just right too.

You can order two kinds of curry. I ordered the Combo Curry. I chose two kinds, chicken curry and lamb curry, and ordered them extra spicy. It comes with a large naan, but I also wanted rice, so I ordered turmeric rice too. Both the chicken and lamb curries were really good, and they were especially delicious with the turmeric rice.

Katsu curry really is the best! The katsu (cutlet) is great on its own, but when you pair it with the curry, it turns into a moment of pure bliss. I also love that the curry isn’t poured over the katsu, so you can keep enjoying it while it stays nice and crispy.

We had the omuhayashi set and the Napolitan set. The Napolitan was amazing. It was really delicious. The omuhayashi (omelet hayashi rice) came with white rice covered in soft-cooked egg and topped with a hayashi sauce like curry. This was tasty too.

The massaman curry is a smooth, soupy curry packed with ingredients. The chicken is simmered until fall-apart tender, and it also comes with potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, turnips, maitake (hen-of-the-woods mushrooms), and more, making the whole dish very well balanced, while the curry itself also has an authentic flavor. I honestly expected something on the level of an ordinary cafe, but the Thai food here is seriously authentic and delicious.

The Appetizers focus mainly on Thai food, with some dishes adjusted and arranged to be easy for Japanese diners to enjoy. Since we went as a party of two, we got to enjoy 15 kinds of Appetizers! The most popular item, "gapao rice (Thai basil stir-fry over rice)," had an excellent balance of slightly sweet sauce, spice, and herbs. It was very easy to eat, maybe because it is made to suit Japanese tastes. I was also happy that it was loaded with plenty of ingredients like meat and vegetables.

・Thick-Cut Bacon and Tomato
It came with plenty of bacon and brightly colored vegetables. I started with the soup, and the spices really came through. It was spice level 4, but the heat was just right and nicely balanced. The vegetables were lightly fried too, which gave them a good texture, and the tomato added a nice tang. The clean, refreshing heat made it very tasty.

The soup curry came in a large, deep wa-style (Japanese-style) plate and was packed with ingredients. The soup was light and smooth. The vegetables were really good. I had a seat with a view of the inner courtyard, got to see a stray cat too, and it made for a very cozy soup curry time. Next time, I’m getting the tart too! I feel like I’m going to get hooked on kominka cafe (traditional townhouse cafe) places.

I had the fried chicken and vegetable soup curry. The flavor of the vegetables was really concentrated, and it was incredibly good! I ordered spice level 2. When it first came out piping hot, it tasted quite spicy and caught me by surprise, but as it cooled a little, the sweetness of the vegetables and the spiciness came into balance, and it was excellent.

The Nepalese curry used really unique spices! It had an interesting flavor that felt a little different from the usual curry places. The setting in the mountains felt really comfortable, and being able to eat curry while looking at the view was the best. The naan was Homemade, and everything was good, but the blue cheese naan was my favorite. It had plenty of cheese, and I was totally Manzoku!

Oshokujidokoro Saikae

A casual eatery in Biratori-cho, Saru-gun, Hokkaido, where you can enjoy katsu curry and ramen passed down from the previous owner.

It has the feel of an old-school, homey set meal restaurant and seems to be well loved by regulars. There are counter seats and raised tatami seating.

Sakae no Katsu Curry, made from a secret recipe handed down from the previous owner, is one of the restaurant's signature dishes.

The plate comes loaded with plenty of roux, said to be rich with the deep flavor of vegetables cooked into it. The thick cutlet has an irresistibly crisp coating, according to reviews.

They also have a wide selection of ramen and abura soba (sauce-coated noodles), so even people who prefer ramen to curry can enjoy themselves.

The garlicky “Shoyu Ramen” is made with kaeshi (seasoning sauce) packed with the rich flavor of roast pork. Some say the noodles are springy and tasty.

えぞむらさき

• Sakae no Katsu Curry
It arrives filled right to the edge with almost no room to spare (lol). Even my husband said, "That’s a huge amount..."—it’s really at the limit in terms of volume. This is apparently a closely guarded signature dish passed down from the previous owner. When you take a bite, your first thought is, Is it sweet...? but then the heat catches up afterward. The katsu is freshly fried and nice and crispy, with a fairly rich amount of fat too. Very satisfying to eat!

・Curry ramen
The toppings are the standard ones: chashu (braised pork), menma (seasoned bamboo shoots), naruto (fish cake), plus half a boiled egg and chopped green onions, giving it a nice look. Unusual toppings can be fun too, but this kind of simplicity is nice in its own way, and really gives it that old-school curry ramen feel.

・Hamburger Steak soup curry
Wow〜! It is light, yet rich with a deep sweetness, and so delicious✨✨The seasoning is milder than at other places, but it does not feel lacking at all. (It makes sense that the menu has an option without rice.) The Hamburger Steak is tender and juicy. The vegetables are a good size.

mogumogupakupaku741

I came here to have a meal today, so I ordered this place’s specialty curry. The spice curry was maybe a beef curry. It had lots of chunky meat in it, with a rich taste, and it was really good. I also liked the keema (dry minced meat curry) because it had a bold flavor. They told me it is not spicy at all, so I should adjust it with spices or Tabasco, and when I tried the Tabasco challenge, it actually paired surprisingly well! Personally, I liked it better with the extra heat.
