Being able to enjoy one whole nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) both grilled and as sashimi was amazing. The sweet richness of the fat and the fragrant aroma were a perfect match, making it a truly blissful plate.

The value for money is amazing. I called ahead to make a reservation before visiting. When you reserve by phone, only course meals are available. I ordered the JPY3,000 course, and the quality was hard to believe for that price. The sashimi and the udon with a rich dashi broth and some ara (fish scraps) in it were especially good. They also have a wide selection of Japanese sake. There were Homemade sours too.

・A la carte All you can drink plan
This restaurant is near Yonezawa Station. I had planned to just stop by for a quick drink before heading home, but after reading the reviews, it seemed the Japanese sake all-you-can-drink was the way to go, so I changed my plans and went with the all-you-can-drink plan instead. I couldn't finish trying everything in the time limit, but they only had really delicious sake on offer!
